เมื่อวันพุธที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2567 นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ กรรมการบริหารและประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย-จีน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมประชุมแถลงเป้าทำงานในการผลักดันการส่งออกปี 2568 ของกระทรวงพาณิชย์ ร่วมกับภาคเอกชน ณ ห้องมโนปกรณ์นิติธาดา ชั้น 12 สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์
ในที่ประชุม ได้มีการสรุปผลการส่งออกของไทยในปี 2567 ซึ่งเติบโตสูงเกินคาดถึง 5% ทำสถิติสูงสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ อยู่ที่ 3 แสนล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ หรือประมาณ 10 ล้านล้านบาท
นายอรุณ กล่าวชื่นชมนโยบายของกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ (สคต.) โดยเฉพาะการผลักดันความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) กับประเทศต่างๆ ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สนับสนุนการเติบโตของการส่งออกไทย
สำหรับเป้าหมายการส่งออกในปี 2568 ที่กระทรวงพาณิชย์ตั้งไว้ที่ 2-3% นั้น ส.อ.ท. พร้อมให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่ โดยทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ได้มีการวางแผนป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่างๆ แล้ว อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังคงมีความกังวลเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยภายนอกที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ เช่น ปัญหาภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ (Geopolitic) และนโยบายกีดกันการค้าของทรัมป์ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
During the meeting, the export results of Thailand for the year 2024 were summarized, showing an unexpectedly high growth of 5%, reaching a record high of 300 billion USD or approximately 10 trillion baht.
Mr. Arun praised the policies of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), particularly the push for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with various countries, which are critical factors supporting the growth of Thai exports.
As for the export target for 2025, which the Ministry of Commerce has set at 2-3%, the FTI is fully prepared to cooperate. Both the government and the private sector have already planned to mitigate various risks. However, concerns remain regarding uncontrollable external factors such as geopolitical issues and trade restrictive policies, which could impact the set targets.
