เมื่อวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2567 นายเวทิต โชควัฒนา รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ พร้อมด้วยนายอนุกูล แต้มประเสริฐ (ว่าที่) ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการบินและอากาศยาน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ได้แก่
นายสุพจน์ ชัยวิไล และนางสาวยศรา ลิมป์ไพฑูรย์ เลขาธิการสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย-จีน นายอุดร คงคาเขตรและนายกริช อึ้งวิฑูรสถิตย์ รองประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ นายศุภโชติ แสงสุขเอี่ยม และนายเตชิต อมรปรีชาชัย กรรมการสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ และกรรมการจากสมาคมธุรกิจคลังสินค้า ไซโลและห้องเย็น ให้การต้อนรับและหารือกับคณะกรรมการด้านการขนส่งแบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ (Cold Chain Logistics) จากสหพันธ์การขนส่งและการจัดซื้อของจีน (China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing: CFLP) เพื่อขยายความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาระบบโลจิสติกส์ระหว่างกัน ณ ห้องประชุม PTT Group (1012) ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
ทั้งนี้ Mr.Qin Yu ming เลขาธิการสหพันธ์การขนส่งและการจัดซื้อของจีน ได้นำคณะผู้ประกอบด้านโลจิสติกส์ของจีนกว่า 20 รายเข้าร่วม เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนและหารือร่วมกัน
ในช่วงต้นของการต้อนรับ นายอุดร คงคาเขตร รองประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ และประธานคณะกรรมการด้านโลจิสติกส์ และซัพพลายเชน ได้บรรยายถึงสถานการณ์ด้านธุรกิจ Cold Chain Logistics ของไทยในปัจจุบันและทิศทางในอนาคต และผู้แทนสหพันธ์การขนส่งและการจัดซื้อของจีน ได้ร่วมบรรยายถึงสถานการณ์ ด้านธุรกิจ Cold Chain Logistics ของประเทศจีน
สหพันธ์โลจิสติกส์และการจัดซื้อแห่งประเทศจีน (CFLP) เป็นสมาคมที่ครอบคลุมเพียงแห่งเดียวในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์และการจัดซื้อในประเทศจีน ที่ได้รับการรับรองการจัดตั้งจากรัฐบาลจีน มีภารกิจหลักในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ของจีน การพัฒนาการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของรัฐบาลและองค์กร และการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม มาใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านระบบขนส่งควบคุมอุณหภูมิในภาคอุตสาหกรรม
ธุรกิจการขนส่งแบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ (Cold Chain Logistics)ทั้งไทยและจีน มีการขยายตัวอย่างต่อเนื่อง สอดรับกับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร อาหาร และอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องใช้ระบบการขนส่งแบบควบคุมอุุณหภูมิ
จากสถิติตัวเลขของจีน ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคมถึงมิถุนายน ปี 2567 ความต้องการโลจิสติกส์ห่วงโซ่ความเย็นของจีนมีทั้งหมดประมาณ 220 ล้านตัน และตลาดโลจิสติกส์แบบควบคุมอุณภูมิของจีนมีมูลค่ารวม 278.5 พันล้านหยวน สำหรับประเทศไทย ในปี 2567 ตลาด Cold Chain Logistics ประมาณการไว้ที่ 928.44 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ และคาดว่าในปี 2572 จะมีมูลค่า 1.78 พันล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ
การเข้าพบและหารือร่วมกันในครั้งนี้ ฝ่ายจีน เล็งเห็นถึงโอกาส และมีความสนใจที่จะเข้ามาลงทุนในธุรกิจ Cold Chain Logistics ในประเทศไทย ทั้งนี้ ทางสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย-จีน ของ ส.อ.ท. ยินดีที่จะประสานกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) ในด้านข้อมูลสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ ให้กับฝ่ายจีนในระยะต่อไป

Mr. Supachai Chaiwilai and Ms. Yosthara Limpiphayathun, Secretary-General of the Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute; Mr. Udon Kongkhaektr and Mr. Krit Uengwitooruk, Vice Chairmen of the ASEAN and Logistics Division; Mr. Supachot Saengsukaem and Mr. Tachit Amornpreetachai, Board members of the ASEAN and Logistics Division; and representatives from the Warehouse, Silo, and Cold Storage Business Association welcomed and discussed with the Cold Chain Logistics Committee from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP) to expand cooperation in the development of logistics systems between the two parties at the PTT Group Meeting Room (1012), 10th floor of FTI.
Mr. Qin Yu ming, Secretary-General of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, led a group of over 20 Chinese logistics operators to participate in the meeting for exchange and discussions.
At the outset of the welcome, Mr. Udon Kongkhaektr, Vice Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Division and Chairman of the Logistics and Supply Chain Committee, presented the current state of the Cold Chain Logistics business in Thailand and its future direction. A representative from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing also provided insights on the Cold Chain Logistics business situation in China.
The China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP) is the only comprehensive association in the logistics and purchasing industry in China, officially recognized and established by the Chinese government. Its primary mission is to promote the development of China's logistics industry, enhance government and corporate procurement, and advocate for the adoption of technology and innovation to improve temperature-controlled transportation systems within the industry.
Both the Cold Chain Logistics businesses in Thailand and China are continuously expanding, in line with the growth of the agriculture, food, and industries that require temperature-controlled transportation systems.
According to statistics from China, from January to June 2024, the demand for cold chain logistics in China amounted to approximately 220 million tons, with the market for temperature-controlled logistics valued at 278.5 billion yuan. For Thailand, in 2024, the Cold Chain Logistics market is estimated at 928.44 million USD and is projected to reach 1.78 billion USD by 2029.
During this meeting, the Chinese side identified opportunities and expressed interest in investing in the Cold Chain Logistics business in Thailand. The Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute of FTI is willing to coordinate with the Board of Investment (BOI) regarding information on various benefits for the Chinese side in the future.
