เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 10 มกราคม 2568 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท) พร้อมด้วยนายวิวรรธน์ เหมมณฑารพ นายอดุล ขาวละออ รองประธานส.อ.ท. และ ดร.ทองดี ปาโส กรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างคณะกรรมการร่วมภาคเอกชน 3 สถาบัน (กกร.) และคณะกรรมาธิการการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สภาผู้แทนราษฎร เกี่ยวกับประเด็นสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจไทย ณ ห้องประชุม 3201 ชั้น 2 อาคารบรรเจิด ชลวิจารณ์ สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย
ส.อ.ท. ได้นำเสนอข้อเสนอ 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ปรับปรุงกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ ด้วยวิธี Omnibus Laws เพื่อส่งเสริม Ease of Doing Business และเพิ่มการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ 2) พัฒนาบุคลากร เพิ่มผลิตภาพแรงงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาขาดแคลนแรงงานทั้งระบบ 3) บริหารจัดการด้านพลังงานทั้งระบบเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงาน (Energy Transition) โดยเสนอให้มีการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาพลังงาน (กรอ.พลังงาน) 4) ส่งเสริมการส่งออก การค้า และสนับสนุนการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย S-Curve 5) ยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมด้วยเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม และดิจิทัล โดยเฉพาะการนำเทคโนโลยี AI มาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจ 6) พัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน (BCG & ESG) การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรนํ้า และการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero) 7) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และ 8 ) พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านโลจิสติกส์ และพื้นที่สำหรับอุตสาหกรรม
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เสนอถึงการออกมาตรการส่งเสริมสินค้าที่ผลิตในประเทศและสินค้าที่ได้รับการรับรอง Made in Thailand (MiT) ผ่านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และการจัดตั้ง War Room เพื่อเตรียมแนวทางรับมือกับนโยบายการค้าของสหรัฐฯ และลดผลกระทบกับภาคการส่งออกของไทย รวมถึงมาตรการปกป้องอุตสาหกรรมภายในประเทศจากสินค้านำเข้าที่ไม่มีคุณภาพและการทุ่มตลาด
ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมาธิการการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สภาผู้แทนราษฎร เห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอและจะนำข้อเสนอไปพิจารณาเพื่อขับเคลื่อนผ่านกลไกของนิติบัญญัติ ตลอดจนประสานความร่วมมือกับ กกร. เพื่อช่วยขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทยต่อไป
On Friday, January 10, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Wiwat Hemmantarap, Mr. Adul Khaolao, Vice Chairman of FTI, and Dr. Thongdee Pha-so, FTI Committee Member, participated in a meeting to exchange opinions between the Joint Private Sector Committee of 3 Institutions (JPS) and the Economic Development Commission of the House of Representatives regarding the state of the Thai economy at Conference Room 3201, 2nd Floor, Banterd Chunvijarn Building, Thai Chamber of Commerce.
FTI proposed 8 areas of recommendations including 1) Improving laws and regulations through Omnibus Laws to promote Ease of Doing Business and enhance economic growth 2) Developing human resources, increasing labor productivity, and addressing the overall labor shortage 3) Managing energy comprehensively to support the energy transition, by proposing the establishment of a joint government-private sector committee to address energy issues (Energy Transition Committee) 4) Promoting exports, trade, and supporting investment in target industries of S-Curve 5) Upgrading industries with technology, innovation, and digitalization, particularly through the application of AI technology to enhance business efficiency 6) Developing sustainable industries (BCG & ESG), managing water resources, and aiming for net-zero carbon dioxide emissions 7) Promoting and developing the potential of SMEs, and 8) Developing infrastructure related to logistics and areas for industries.
Additionally, it was proposed to issue measures that promote products made in the country and those certified as Made in Thailand (MiT) through government procurement, along with establishing a War Room to prepare strategies to deal with U.S. trade policies and mitigate impacts on Thai exports, including measures to protect domestic industries from low-quality imports and dumping.
The Economic Development Commission of the House of Representatives agreed with the proposals and will consider them for advancing through legislative mechanisms and coordinate collaboration with JPS to further drive Thailand's economy.
