ส.อ.ท. ร่วมกับ อบก. จัดงานสัมมนา "ธุรกิจก่อสร้างไทย ปรับตัวอย่างไร...ในยุค Net Zero"FTI Collaborates with GGGI to Organize the Seminar "How the Thai Construction Business Adapts... in the Net Zero Era"

On Monday, January 20, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through the Construction Materials Cluster, in collaboration with the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or GGGI, organized the seminar "How the Thai Construction Business Adapts... in the Net Zero Era". The event was opened by Mrs. Banchusa Phutthaphramongkol, Chairperson of the Construction Materials Cluster of FTI, and Mr. Rongphet Boonchuaidee, Deputy Director of GGGI, at the conference room of the Thailand Institute of Justice (Public Organization) in Chaengwattana.

The seminar was organized for entrepreneurs in the construction business, which is an industry involved in planning, designing, and constructing various structures such as buildings, homes, and other infrastructure. This industry plays a crucial role in driving economic development and urbanization, as well as promoting the growth of other industries, such as construction materials and real estate. Therefore, construction entrepreneurs need to adapt to reduce environmental impacts by using sustainable materials, such as low-carbon concrete, and designing buildings that minimize energy consumption, in alignment with international greenhouse gas reduction policies.

This seminar featured experts who shared knowledge on "Elevating the Thai Construction Business Towards Sustainability", focusing on strategies for developing the construction industry to meet environmental, social, and economic challenges, and sharing strategies for adapting to sustainable changes to strengthen Thai businesses in the global arena.
