ส.อ.ท. เสนอแนวทางลดกำแพงความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจไทย–จีน ทั้งความแตกต่างด้านแนวคิด ภาพลักษณ์ และข้อจำกัดของ SMEs ในการเข้าถึงทุน เทคโนโลยี และตลาด พร้อมผลักดันความร่วมมือจากการซื้อขายสู่การเป็น “พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ” ที่ร่วมกันพัฒนาสินค้า เทคโนโลยี บุคลากร และ Supply Chain
ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 13 กันยายน 2569 นายทศพร เลิศพิเชฐ กรรมการและผู้ช่วยเลขานุการ สถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมเสวนางาน Thailand–China Cultural Exchange Dialogue เพื่อนำเสนอมุมมองของภาคอุตสาหกรรมต่อการลดกำแพงความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจไทย–จีน จัดโดยคณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ร่วมกับสถาบันวิจัยจีนร่วมสมัยกับโลก มณฑลยูนนาน ณ โรงแรมอนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพฯ
การเสวนาจัดขึ้นภายใต้หัวข้อ “ไร้อุปสรรค–กำแพงเป็นศูนย์: การพลิกกระบวนทัศน์ของความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยี” โดยนายทศพรได้นำเสนอมุมมองของภาคอุตสาหกรรมเกี่ยวกับกำแพงสำคัญที่ควรร่วมกันลด ได้แก่ ภาพลักษณ์เชิงลบและการเหมารวม ความแตกต่างด้านแนวคิดในการดำเนินธุรกิจ รวมถึงข้อจำกัดของ SMEs ในการเข้าถึงแหล่งทุน เทคโนโลยี และตลาดต่างประเทศ
ภาคธุรกิจไทยต้องการเห็นความร่วมมือที่ก้าวข้ามการซื้อขายสินค้าในฐานะ “คู่ค้า” ไปสู่การเป็น “พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ” ที่ร่วมกันพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เทคโนโลยี บุคลากร และห่วงโซ่อุปทาน โดยสนับสนุนให้ SMEs ไทยสามารถนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและ AI มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
ส.อ.ท. จะทำหน้าที่เชื่อมโยงนักลงทุนจากจีนกับผู้ประกอบการไทย ส่งเสริมการใช้วัตถุดิบ ชิ้นส่วน และบริการภายในประเทศ ตลอดจนสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไทยให้เข้าถึงข้อมูล มาตรฐาน ช่องทางจำหน่าย และพันธมิตรในตลาดจีน เพื่อให้ความร่วมมือสามารถต่อยอดไปสู่การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และการร่วมลงทุนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง
FTI proposed measures to reduce barriers in Thai–Chinese business cooperation, addressing differences in ideas, perceptions, and limitations faced by SMEs in accessing capital, technology, and markets. The aim is to shift collaboration from mere trading to becoming “business partners” that jointly develop products, technologies, personnel, and supply chains.
On September 13, 2026, Mr. Tosaporn Lertphichate, a board member and assistant secretary of the Thai–Chinese Economic and Investment Institute of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the Thailand–China Cultural Exchange Dialogue to present the industry's perspective on reducing barriers in Thai–Chinese business cooperation, organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences, Kasetsart University, in collaboration with the Contemporary Chinese Research Institute, Yunnan Province, at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
The discussion was held under the theme “No Barriers – Zero Walls: Paradigm Shift in Economic Cooperation and Technological Innovation,” during which Mr. Tosaporn presented the industry's view on significant barriers that should be collectively reduced, including negative perceptions and stereotypes, differences in business operational philosophies, and limitations faced by SMEs in accessing funding, technology, and foreign markets.
The Thai business sector seeks cooperation that transcends mere product trading as “partners” to become “business allies” who collaboratively develop products, technology, personnel, and supply chains. This includes advocating for Thai SMEs to integrate digital technology and AI to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and elevate their competitiveness.
FTI will serve to connect investors from China with Thai entrepreneurs, promoting the use of domestic raw materials, components, and services, as well as assisting Thai operators in accessing information, standards, sales channels, and partnerships within the Chinese market, to ensure collaboration can lead to technology transfer, product development, and concrete joint investments.
