เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นเป็นวิทยากรหลักสูตรวิทยาการเกษตรระดับสูง (วกส.) รุ่นที่ 6 ในหัวข้อ "การลดปัญหาวิกฤตโลกเดือดด้วยเทคโนโลยี Gene Editing และการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกในภาคการเกษตร” ณ ห้องประชุมธารทิพย์ 01 อาคาร 99 ปี หม่อมหลวงชูชาติ กำภู กรมชลประทาน สามเสน
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายเกรียงไกร ได้มีการนำเสนอ 8 สินค้าเป้าหมายสร้างโอกาสจากจุดแข็งด้านความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ (Biodiversity) ของไทย ดังนี้
1. พลาสติกชีวภาพ ได้แก่ ภาชนะชีวภาพ ถุงพลาสติก แคปซูลกาแฟ
2. เชื้อเพลิงชีวภาพ ได้แก่ น้ำมันปาล์ม ก๊าซชีวภาพ เชื้อเพลิงอากาศยานแบบยั่งยืน
3. เคมีชีวภาพ ได้แก่ กลูต้าโธโอน สารทดแทนความหวาน สีผสมอาหาร
4. ชีวเภสัชกรรม ได้แก่ ยา ฮอร์โมนอินซูลิน วัคซีน
5. อาหารฟังก์ชัน อาหารใหม่ ได้แก่ โยเกิร์ตผสมแลคโตบาซิลลัส นมอัดเม็ดเสริมโปรตีน ซีเรียลบาร์
6. เส้นใยชีวภาพ ได้แก่ เครื่องแต่งกาย รองเท้า เส้นใยจากกัญชง
7. เครื่องสำอาง ได้แก่ สบู่ สกินแคร์
8. ปุ๋ยชีวภาพ
ทั้งนี้ การบรรยายดังกล่าว มีผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากหน่วยงานรัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชนเข้าร่วมรับฟังกว่า 110 ท่าน
On Friday, February 7, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), was honored to serve as a speaker for the Advanced Agricultural Science Course (WACS) Class 6 on the topic "Mitigating Global Crisis through Gene Editing Technology and Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Agriculture” at Tharathip Meeting Room 01, 99 Years Mom Luang Chuchat Kampoo Building, Royal Irrigation Department, Samsen.
During the lecture, Mr. Kriangkrai presented 8 target products to create opportunities leveraging Thailand's strengths in biodiversity, as follows:
1. Bioplastics, including biodegradable containers, plastic bags, and coffee capsules.
2. Biofuels, including palm oil, biogas, and sustainable aviation fuels.
3. Biochemicals, including glutathione, sugar substitutes, and food coloring.
4. Biopharmaceuticals, including drugs, insulin hormones, and vaccines.
5. Functional foods and novel foods, including yogurt mixed with Lactobacillus, protein-enriched milk tablets, and cereal bars.
6. Biofibers, including clothing, shoes, and hemp fibers.
7. Cosmetics, including soap and skincare products.
8. Biofertilizers.
In total, over 110 senior executives from government agencies, the private sector, and civil society attended the lecture.
