เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากร ให้ความรู้หลักสูตร ประกาศนียบัตรชั้นสูงการบริหารเศรษฐกิจสาธารณะสำหรับนักบริหารระดับสูง รุ่นที่ 23 ในหัวข้อ “เศรษฐกิจภาคอุตสาหกรรม” ซึ่งจัดโดย สถาบันพระปกเกล้า ณ ห้องสุโขทัยธรรมราชา สถาบันพระปกเกล้า
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายอิศเรศ ได้มีการนำเสนอ 8 แนวทางการผลักดันภาคอุตสาหกรรมภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงของบริบทโลก ประกอบด้วย 1. การปฏิรูปกฎหมาย & ส่งเสริม Ease of Doing Business 2. ลดต้นทุนการผลิตเพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ 3. ส่งเสริม Technology & Innovation. 4. การพัฒนากำลังคน การศึกษา ยกระดับ Labor Productivity 5. ส่งเสริมการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย
S-curve 6. สร้างแต้มต่อทางการค้าผ่านการเจรจา FTA 7. พัฒนา Infrastructure, ระบบ Logistic & Digital 8. การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนตามแนวทาง SDGs, ESG, และการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย Net Zero
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้มีข้อเสนอนอกจากนี้ยังกล่าวถึง 3 ปัจจัยเสี่ยงในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ได้แก่ 1. การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี 2. ปัญหาต้นทุนสูง 3. ความต้องการสินค้าเปลี่ยนแปลงไป จากปัจจัยต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ การบรรยายดังกล่าว มีผู้เข้ารับฟังบรรยายเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูงหน่วยงานรัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชนกว่า 121 ท่าน
On Saturday, February 22, 2025, Mr. Israset Rattanadilok Na Phuket, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), was honored to be a keynote speaker, providing insights into the Advanced Diploma in Public Economic Administration for Senior Executives, Class 23, on the topic of “Industry Economy,” organized by the King Prajadhipok’s Institute at the Sukhothai Thammathirat Room, King Prajadhipok’s Institute.
During the lecture, Mr. Israset presented 8 strategies to promote the industrial sector under the changing global context, which include: 1. Legal reform & promote Ease of Doing Business 2. Reduce production costs to enhance competitiveness 3. Promote Technology & Innovation. 4. Develop the workforce, education, and elevate Labor Productivity 5. Promote investment in targeted industries S-curve 6. Create competitive advantages through FTA negotiations 7. Develop Infrastructure, Logistic systems & Digital 8. Sustainable development in accordance with SDGs, ESG, and the goal of reaching Net Zero.
Additionally, he discussed 3 risk factors in enhancing competitiveness, which are: 1. Technological changes 2. High cost issues 3. Changing consumer demand due to various factors. The lecture was attended by over 121 senior executives from government agencies, the private sector, and civil society.
