เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 3 มีนาคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากร ภายใต้โครงการร่วมบริหารหลักสูตรฯ (มีเดีย) คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์และการออกแบบ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ขึ้นบรรยายในหัวข้อ “AI กับ โอกาสและความท้าทาย กับการพลิกโฉมอุตสาหกรรมไทยยุคดิจิทัล” ณ ห้อง Auditorium ชั้น 3 อาคารการเรียนรู้พหุวิทยาการ (LX) มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายเกรียงไกร ได้เน้นย้ำว่า เมื่อโลกมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งด้านสงครามการค้า (Trade War) และสงครามทางเทคโนโลยี (Tech War) ส่งผลให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมต้องมีการปรับตัวมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ดิจิทัลและ AI ได้เข้ามามีบทบาทมากขึ้น โดยภาคอุตสาหกรรม ได้มีการนำ AI และ Big Data มาใช้ เพื่อช่วยยกระดับภาคอุตสาหกรรม พัฒนาการตลาดของอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจโลกได้ เช่น บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) มีการใช้ Big Data วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้พลังงานของลูกค้า หรือแม้แต่ AirAsia Thailand ก็ได้นำ AI และ Big Data มาปรับแต่งข้อเสนอการเดินทาง และโปรโมชั่นต่างๆ
นอกจากนี้ ส.อ.ท. ได้มีการยกระดับ SMEs สู่ Smart SMEs ด้วยแนวทาง 4GO ดังนี้
- GO Digital & AI ยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI)
- GO Innovation นำเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมสมัยใหม่มาขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรม
- Go Green ขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนและมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายการปลดปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero) และ
- Go Global พัฒนาสินค้าและบริการไทย เพื่อขยายโอกาสสู่ตลาดโลก
พร้อมกันนี้ ส.อ.ท. ได้ร่วมกับกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ประกาศจัดทำ AI Industrial Roadmap เพื่อวางรากฐานและกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน
ทั้งนี้ การบรรยายดังกล่าว มีผู้บริหารจากมหาวิทยาลัย อาจารย์ นักศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไป เข้าร่วมรับฟังกว่า 100 คน
On Monday, March 3, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), was honored as a speaker under the joint curriculum management project (Media) at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. He delivered a presentation on the topic "AI and Opportunities and Challenges in Transforming Thai Industry in the Digital Era" at the Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Interdisciplinary Learning Building (LX), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.
In this presentation, Mr. Kriangkrai emphasized that as the world undergoes changes due to trade wars and technology wars, the industrial sector must adapt more. Notably, digital technology and AI are playing an increasingly significant role. The industrial sector is utilizing AI and Big Data to enhance industrial capacity and develop marketing strategies, thereby increasing global economic value. For instance, PTT Public Company Limited employs Big Data to analyze customer energy consumption behavior, while AirAsia Thailand utilizes AI and Big Data to personalize travel offers and promotions.
Moreover, the FTI has elevated SMEs to Smart SMEs through the 4GO approach as follows:
- GO Digital & AI: Enhancing industries with digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI)
- GO Innovation: Driving industry forward with modern technology and innovation
- Go Green: Steering organizations towards sustainable development and aiming for net-zero carbon dioxide emissions
- Go Global: Developing Thai products and services to expand opportunities in the global market
Furthermore, the FTI, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), announced the creation of the AI Industrial Roadmap to lay the foundation and set the direction for the systematic and sustainable development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the Thai industrial sector.
This presentation attracted over 100 participants, including university executives, faculty members, students, and members of the public.
