วันพุธที่ 12 มีนาคม 2568 นายยุทธนา ศิลป์สรรค์วิชช์ กรรมการสายงาน FTI Academy และนายวิบูลย์ รักสาสน์เจริญผล ประธานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ภายใต้กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) และกรรมการบริหาร ส.อ.ท. ได้เข้าร่วมเวทีเสวนาในหัวข้อ "Industry Insights" เพื่อแบ่งปันมุมมองเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มและความท้าทายในการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานไทย ในงาน "Future Skills Mission to Thailand" จัดโดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูตออสเตรเลียประจำประเทศไทย เพื่อสำรวจโอกาสในการเป็นพันธมิตรด้านการศึกษาในระดับภูมิภาค ณ โรงแรมอนันทารา สยาม กรุงเทพฯ
นายยุทธนา ได้นำเสนอผลสำรวจของ FTI Academy ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลจาก 364 คน ใน 301 บริษัท โดยพบว่า ทักษะที่จำเป็นในอนาคต ได้แก่ การคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ ความสามารถในการปรับตัว และการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ขณะที่ทักษะที่ขาดแคลนมากที่สุดในองค์กร คือ ทักษะทางเทคนิค ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการกล่าวถึงอุปสรรคหลักในการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานไทย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อจำกัดด้านเวลา ทรัพยากร และการเข้าถึงข้อมูล โดยเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขผ่านการอบรมที่ตรงกับสายงาน การเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานจริง และการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ในองค์กร
งานนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของความร่วมมือไทย-ออสเตรเลีย ในการส่งเสริมการศึกษาและพัฒนาทักษะแรงงาน เพื่อผลักดันให้ประเทศไทยก้าวสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการพัฒนาทักษะระดับภูมิภาค

On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Mr. Yuthana Silpasarnwich, Executive Committee Member of FTI Academy, and Mr. Wiboon Raksasancharoenpol, Chairman of the Committee for the Promotion of Human Resource Development in Electric Vehicles (EV), Semiconductors, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and Executive Board Member of FTI, participated in a panel discussion on the topic "Industry Insights" to share in-depth perspectives on the trends and challenges in the development of Thai workforce skills at the "Future Skills Mission to Thailand," organized by the Australian Embassy in Thailand to explore opportunities for educational partnerships at the regional level at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
Mr. Yuthana presented the findings of the FTI Academy survey, which collected data from 364 individuals across 301 companies, revealing that essential skills for the future include analytical thinking, adaptability, and digital technology utilization. Meanwhile, the most lacking skills within organizations are technical skills, creativity, and management skills.
Furthermore, the main obstacles in developing Thai workforce skills were discussed, which include limitations in time, resources, and access to information. Recommendations for addressing these challenges include training tailored to career paths, learning through practical experience, and fostering a culture of learning within organizations.
This event marks an important step in Thai-Australian collaboration to promote education and workforce skill development, aiming to propel Thailand towards becoming a regional hub for skill development.
