เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายมนตรี มหาพฤกษ์พงศ์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงานเศรษฐกิจและวิชาการ พร้อมด้วยนายชญานินทร์ โพธิวรคุณ กรรมการ ส.อ.ท. และประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจากจังหวัดไอจิ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในงาน “Thailand Economic Exchange Reception (タイ経済交流会)” เนื่องในโอกาสการเยือนประเทศไทยของนาย Hideaki Ohmura ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดไอจิ ณ โรงแรมโอกุระ เพรสทีซ กรุงเทพฯ
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายภาสกร ชัยรัตน์ รองปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และนาย Masato Otaka เอกอัครราชทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย กล่าวต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนภาครัฐและภาคธุรกิจจากจังหวัดไอจิ รวมถึงนักลงทุนญี่ปุ่นในประเทศไทย พร้อมร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การลงทุน และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระหว่างไทยและญี่ปุ่น
นาย Hideaki Ohmura กล่าวว่า จังหวัดไอจิเป็นศูนย์กลางอุตสาหกรรมสำคัญของญี่ปุ่น ทั้งด้านยานยนต์ อากาศยาน อวกาศ และหุ่นยนต์ พร้อมผลักดันการพัฒนานวัตกรรมผ่าน STATION Ai ศูนย์บ่มเพาะและสนับสนุนสตาร์ทอัพที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในญี่ปุ่น เมืองนาโกย่า จังหวัดไอจิ กว่า 1,000 บริษัท
นอกจากนี้ จังหวัดไอจิยังให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเมืองนาโกย่า รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนด้านการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรม โดยเฉพาะการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 130 ปีของวัดนิตไตจิ ซึ่งเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งมิตรภาพไทย–ญี่ปุ่น
ด้านนายภาสกร ชัยรัตน์ รองปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวว่า กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมเตรียมลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ร่วมกับจังหวัดไอจิในโอกาสครบรอบ 12 ปีของความร่วมมือในเดือนกันยายนนี้ พร้อมเดินหน้าความร่วมมือด้านระบบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) และการผลิตอัจฉริยะ (Smart Manufacturing) ร่วมกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมชั้นนำของญี่ปุ่น อาทิ DENSO และ Toyota รวมถึงศึกษาความร่วมมือในการพัฒนา STATION Ai เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบนิเวศสตาร์ทอัพของไทย ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์สมัยใหม่
นาย Masato Otaka เอกอัครราชทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันมีบริษัทจากจังหวัดไอจิกว่า 480 แห่งเข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ การค้า การลงทุน และการส่งออกของไทย พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความร่วมมือระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศในการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต อาทิ อุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว การจัดการของเสีย เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ อุตสาหกรรมอวกาศ และการพัฒนาบุคลากรคุณภาพ เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน (Carbon Neutrality)
การจัดงานในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างประเทศไทยและญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งดำเนินมายาวนานกว่า 140 ปี และเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคอุตสาหกรรมของทั้งสองประเทศ เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การลงทุน และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคตร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน
On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Mr. Montree Mahapreukpong, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Economic and Academic Sector, along with Mr. Chayanin Photiwarakoon, FTI Board Member and Chairman of the Electrical and Electronics Industry Group, attended a welcome dinner for the delegation from Aichi Prefecture, Japan at the "Thailand Economic Exchange Reception" in honor of the visit to Thailand by Mr. Hideaki Ohmura, the Governor of Aichi Prefecture, at the Okura Prestige Hotel, Bangkok.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Phaskorn Chaiyarat, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, and Mr. Masato Otaka, Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, who welcomed the delegation from the public and business sectors of Aichi Prefecture, as well as Japanese investors in Thailand, and engaged in discussions to promote cooperation in economics, trade, investment, and industrial development between Thailand and Japan.
Mr. Hideaki Ohmura stated that Aichi Prefecture is a major industrial center of Japan, particularly in automotive, aerospace, and robotics sectors, and promotes innovation development through STATION Ai, the largest incubation and support center for startups in Japan, located in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, encompassing over 1,000 companies.
Additionally, Aichi Prefecture emphasizes promoting tourism in Nagoya City as well as exchanges in education and culture, particularly in celebrating the 130th anniversary of Nittai-ji Temple, a symbol of Thai-Japanese friendship.
Mr. Phaskorn Chaiyarat, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, mentioned that the Ministry of Industry is preparing to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Aichi Prefecture in September, marking the 12th anniversary of cooperation, while advancing collaboration in automation and smart manufacturing with leading Japanese industries such as DENSO and Toyota, as well as studying cooperation in developing STATION Ai to promote Thailand’s startup ecosystem and support the transition to modern automotive industries.
Mr. Masato Otaka, Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, noted that currently there are approximately 480 companies from Aichi Prefecture investing in Thailand, playing a crucial role in the development of the automotive industry, trade, investment, and exports of Thailand, while emphasizing the cooperation between both countries in developing the industries of the future, such as green industries, waste management, semiconductors, space industries, and quality workforce development to accommodate the changes in the automotive industry and the move towards carbon neutrality.
This event reflects the strong relationship between Thailand and Japan, which has been in existence for over 140 years and marks another significant step in elevating cooperation between the government and industry sectors of both countries to strengthen the supply chain, investment, and sustainable industrial development together.
