เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดยสายงานสื่อสารองค์กร จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” ณ ห้องประชุม 802 ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท. โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานสื่อสารองค์กร เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดการอบรม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้บริหารให้สามารถสื่อสารทั้งต่อสาธารณะและสื่อมวลชนได้อย่างมั่นใจ เป็นมืออาชีพ และน่าเชื่อถือ ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสม เพื่อสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีขององค์กร
ภาคเช้าได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวชุติมา พึ่งความสุข ผู้ประกาศข่าวจาก อสมท ช่อง 9 บรรยายในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพสำหรับผู้บริหารระดับสูง” โดยถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านการวางตัว การใช้ภาษากาย การใช้เสียง การแต่งกาย และการสร้างความมั่นใจเมื่อต้องปรากฏตัวต่อหน้าสาธารณชนและสื่อมวลชน
ภาคบ่ายได้รับเกียรติจาก นายโศภณ นวรัตนาพงษ์ ผู้ประกาศข่าวและผู้ดำเนินรายการจาก TNN ช่อง 16 บรรยายในหัวข้อ “เทคนิคการตอบคำถามสื่อ” พร้อมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การทำงานกับสื่อมวลชน และฝึกปฏิบัติการให้สัมภาษณ์ผ่านสถานการณ์จำลอง เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคการสื่อสารและสามารถถ่ายทอดสารสำคัญขององค์กรได้อย่างชัดเจนและน่าเชื่อถือ
การอบรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นสำหรับรองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และเลขาธิการ โดยบรรยากาศเป็นไปด้วยความคึกคัก ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ลงมือฝึกปฏิบัติจริง พร้อมรับคำแนะนำจากวิทยากรอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการสื่อสารกับสื่อมวลชน ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และสาธารณชน อันจะช่วยเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ของผู้บริหารและองค์กร และพร้อมรับมือกับการสื่อสารได้ในทุกสถานการณ์
ทั้งนี้ สายงานสื่อสารองค์กรเตรียมจัดกิจกรรม “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” รุ่นที่ 2 ในวันอังคารที่ 29 กันยายน 2569 สำหรับ ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม และประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด เพื่อยกระดับการสื่อสารของ ส.อ.ท. ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
On July 7, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through its Corporate Communications Division, organized a workshop titled “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” at meeting room 802 on the 8th floor of FTI. The event was honored by Dr. Piyanuch Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice President of FTI and President of the Corporate Communications Division, who delivered the opening remarks. She emphasized the importance of preparing executives to communicate confidently and professionally with the public and the media, as well as enhancing their personal image to reflect a positive image of the organization.
The morning session featured Ms. Chutima Phungkhamsuk, a news presenter from MCOT Channel 9, who lectured on the topic “Developing Personal Characteristics for Senior Executives.” She shared insights on body language, voice modulation, appropriate attire, and building confidence when appearing in public and in front of the media.
The afternoon session welcomed Mr. Sopan Nawaratnapong, a news presenter and program host from TNN Channel 16, who lectured on the topic “Techniques for Responding to Media Questions.” He shared his experiences working with the media and conducted practical exercises simulating interviews, enabling participants to learn communication techniques and convey the organization’s key messages clearly and credibly.
This training session was held for FTI’s Vice Presidents and the Secretary-General, creating an energetic atmosphere where participants engaged in practical exercises and received close guidance from instructors. This learning experience is intended for application in communicating with the media, stakeholders, and the public, thereby enhancing the image of the executives and the organization and equipping them to handle communication in every situation.
Furthermore, the Corporate Communications Division is preparing to organize the second edition of “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, for the Chairs of Industry Groups and Provincial FTI Chairs, aiming to elevate the communication effectiveness of FTI in a unified direction.
