ส.อ.ท. จัดบรรยายให้ความรู้ร่างพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 28 เมษายน 2568 สายงานกฎหมายและภาษี สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้จัดการบรรยายพิเศษเพื่อให้ความรู้เรื่อง “ร่างพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ พ.ศ. ....” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. อรรถวิชช์ สุวรรณภักดี ประธานคณะที่ปรึกษาของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมด้านยุทธศาสตร์ เป็นวิทยากร และนายกิตติ ตั้งจิตรมณีศักดา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. กล่าวเปิดการบรรยาย ณ ห้องประชุม 1012 PTT GROUP ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท. และผ่านระบบออนไลน์

ส.อ.ท. ได้ติดตามการยกร่างกฎหมายดังกล่าว เนื่องจากเป็นร่างกฎหมายที่สำคัญ ที่จะส่งเสริมการผลิตไฟฟ้าให้สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีแปลงพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์เป็นพลังงานไฟฟ้าเพื่อใช้ในที่อยู่อาศัยและสถานประกอบการทั่วไปของตนเอง ซึ่งจะช่วยลดภาระค่าไฟฟ้าของประชาชนและสถานประกอบการทั่วไปได้ ลดการพึ่งพาการผลิตไฟฟ้าที่ผลิตจากก๊าซธรรมชาติและเป็นการเพิ่มความมั่นคงทางพลังงานโดยประชาชนผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานสะอาดใช้เอง

ร่างกฎหมายฉบับนี้ จะเป็นเครื่องมือส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการสู่อุตสาหกรรม เศรษฐกิจและสังคมคาร์บอนต่ำ โดยการบรรยายครั้งนี้ มีผู้เข้าร่วมรับฟังมากกว่า 250 ท่าน

On Monday, April 28, 2025, the Legal and Taxation Department of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized a special lecture to provide knowledge on the topic “Draft Solar Energy Promotion Act B.E. ....” The lecture featured Dr. Atthawit Suwannapakdee, Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Minister of Industry on Strategy, as the speaker. Mr. Kitti Tangjitmanesakda, Vice President of FTI, delivered the opening remarks at meeting room 1012 PTT GROUP, 10th floor of FTI, and the session was also held online.

FTI has monitored the drafting of this crucial legislation as it aims to promote electricity generation that utilizes solar energy technology for households and general enterprises. This will help reduce the electricity costs for the public and businesses while minimizing reliance on electricity generated from natural gas, thereby enhancing energy security as citizens can produce clean energy on their own.

This piece of legislation will serve as a tool to promote entrepreneurs towards a low-carbon economy and society. The lecture attracted more than 250 participants.
