ระหว่างวันที่ 5-9 พฤษภาคม 2568 นายเวทิต โชควัฒนา รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ พร้อมนายสุริยนต์ ตู้จินดา รองประธานสายงานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ และประธานคณะกรรมการการค้าชายแดนและผ่านแดน นำคณะผู้ประกอบการภาคการผลิต จากกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม สมาชิกสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานวิชาการ ผู้แทนจากการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย และผู้แทนจากกรมศุลกากร เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานและสร้างโอกาสทางการค้าผ่านเส้นทางขนส่งทางบก ไทย-จีน-เวียดนาม ณ กรุงฮานอยและจังหวัดลางเซิน สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม และเมืองฉงจั่ว เขตปกครองตนเองกว่างซีจ้วง และนครกว่างโจว มณฑลกวางตุ้ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ เป็นกิจกรรมภายใต้แผนงานของสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาและสำรวจเส้นทางการขนส่งผลไม้ที่สำคัญของไทยไปจีน ผ่านเส้นทาง R12 (ไทย-สปป.ลาว-เวียดนาม-จีน) โดยการสำรวจเส้นทางในครั้งนี้ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จากกงสุลใหญ่และสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงฮานอย เวียดนาม นครกว่างโจวและนครหนานหนิง ประเทศจีน ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของคณะ ประกอบด้วย
1) การเข้าพบหารือและสร้างเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ร่วมกันกับสมาคม VALOMA -Vietnam Logistics Manpower Development Association ณ ห้องประชุม Banking academy กรุงฮานอย สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม
2) การศึกษาดูงานระบบคลังสินค้าและการจัดจำหน่ายของ GO! Long Biên แบรนด์ค้าปลีก ในตลาดเวียดนาม
3) การศึกษาดูงาน Viettel Logistics Park จังหวัดหล่างเซิน (Lang Son) สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์โลจิสติกส์ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์นำเข้าและส่งออกครบวงจร
4) การศึกษากระบวนการทางศุลกากร รวมถึงจุดเปลี่ยนถ่ายสินค้า สำหรับการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างชายแดน เวียดนาม -จีน โดยได้มีโอกาสเข้าพบและหารือกับนายด่านศุลกากร ด่านหูหงิ (เวียดนาม) และผู้บริหารของบริษัท Guangxi Pingxiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Development Investment Co., Ltd. และบริษัท Guangxi Beitou Port Investment Group Co., Ltd. ซึ่งเป็นรัฐวิสาหกิจรายใหญ่ที่เป็นผู้ลงทุนและดำเนินธุรกิจในด่านโหย่วอี้กวานของเขตปกครองตนเองกว่างซีจ้วง ณ อาคารสำนักงาน ด่านโหย่วอี้กวน (จีน) ซึ่งเป็นด่านนำเข้าผลไม้ (ไทย) ที่สำคัญของประเทศจีน
5) การรับฟังสถานการณ์การนำเข้าและดูงานศูนย์กระจายผลไม้ของตลาดผลไม้ผิงเสียง ณ ศูนย์ ASEAN Fruit Trading and Settlement Service Center ณ เมืองฉงจั่ว และเข้าพบผู้บริหารตลาดค้าส่งผลไม้เจียงหนาน ตลาดค้าส่งผักและผลไม้ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในจีน ณ นครกว่างโจว
6) การเข้าเยี่ยมและรับฟังนโยบายเศรษฐกิจและโอกาสทางการค้า ไทย-จีน พร้อมร่วมรับประทานเย็นกับนายกาจฐิติ วิวัธวานนท์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครกว่างโจว และนางสาวอรนุช วรรณภิญโญ กงสุลพาณิชย์ หรือผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ นครกว่างโจว ณ ห้องประชุม โรงแรม Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre
การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ คณะได้มีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นกับหน่วยงานรัฐและเอกชนต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ เพื่อนำไปสู่การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านกระบวนการขนส่งสินค้าจากไทยสู่ประเทศจีนร่วมกันในระยะต่อไป
During the period of May 5-9, 2025, Mr. Vethi Chokwatana, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Sector, together with Mr. Suriyan Tu-Jinda, Vice Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Sector and Chairman of the Border Trade and Transit Committee, led a delegation of manufacturing entrepreneurs from industry groups, FTI provincial members, logistics service providers, representatives from academic institutions, the State Railway of Thailand and the Customs Department to study and create trade opportunities via the land transport route between Thailand, China, and Vietnam in Hanoi and Lang Son province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
This study trip is part of the activities under the ASEAN and Logistics Sector's plans, primarily aimed at exploring and studying important routes for the transport of Thai fruits to China via the R12 route (Thailand-Laos-Vietnam-China). In this exploration, the Federation of Thai Industries received support from the Consulate General and the Office of International Trade Promotion in Hanoi, Vietnam, Guangzhou City, and Nanning City, China, to participate in various activities of the delegation, which include:
1) Meeting and networking to establish logistics business connections with the VALOMA - Vietnam Logistics Manpower Development Association at the Banking Academy meeting room in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2) Observing the warehousing and distribution system of GO! Long Biên, a retail brand in the Vietnamese market.
3) Studying Viettel Logistics Park in Lang Son Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which provides comprehensive logistics services for imports and exports.
4) Observing the customs process, including cargo transfer points for transporting goods between the Vietnam-China border, and had the opportunity to meet and discuss with Mr. Custom of Huu Nghi Customs (Vietnam) and executives from Guangxi Pingxiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Development Investment Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Beitou Port Investment Group Co., Ltd., major state-owned enterprises investing and operating in the Youyi Guan border inspection area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region at the Youyi Guan Inspection Building (China), a significant entry point for Thai fruits into China.
5) Listening to the import situation and studying the distribution center for fruits at the Pingxiang fruit market at the ASEAN Fruit Trading and Settlement Service Center in Chongzuo City, and meeting with executives of the Jiangnan wholesale fruit market, the largest wholesale fruit and vegetable market in China, in Guangzhou City.
6) Visiting and discussing economic policies and trade opportunities between Thailand and China, followed by a dinner with Mr. Kajthiti Wiwatthawanon, Consul General in Guangzhou City, and Ms. Olanuch Wanphanthong, Commercial Consul or Director of the Office of International Trade Promotion in Guangzhou City at the meeting room of Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre.
During this study trip, the delegation had the opportunity to exchange views with various government and private sector agencies in the area to facilitate the transportation process of goods from Thailand to China in the future.
