เมื่อวันที่ 10 พฤษภาคม 2568 ดร.สัมพันธ์ ศิลปนาฎ รองประธานสายงาน FTI Academy สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน “อว. Job Fair 2025” ภายใต้แนวคิด “From Passion to Profession – เปลี่ยนความฝันให้เป็นอาชีพจริง” โดยภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวศุภมาส อิศรภักดี รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมเยี่ยมชมบูธจากองค์กรชั้นนำกว่า 150 แห่ง ณ เวทีกลาง Exhibition Hall 1–2 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
งานครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ร่วมงานได้สมัครงานจริงกว่า 150,000 อัตรา จากภาคธุรกิจทั้งในและต่างประเทศ อีกทั้งยังมีกิจกรรมเสวนาจากบุคคลต้นแบบ อาทิ นายจิรายุส ทรัพย์ศรีโสภา ผู้ก่อตั้ง Bitkub ที่บรรยายในหัวข้อ “Innovation to Opportunity” “หนุ่ย แบไต๋” กับการถอดรหัสอาชีพในยุค AI และ ดร. ตฤณห์ โพธิ์รักษา นักจิตวิทยาพฤติกรรมชื่อดัง กับหัวข้อ “จิตวิทยาในการทำงาน: โตไว ไม่โดนหลอกใช้” เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะด้าน Soft Skill อย่างมั่นใจ
ภายในงาน ยังมีกิจกรรมเสริมศักยภาพแรงงานไทย ผ่านหลักสูตร Upskill / Reskill / New skill มากกว่า 1,500 หลักสูตรจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เช่น SkillLane, FutureSkill รวมถึง FTI Academy ในฐานะตัวแทนจากภาคอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมแพลตฟอร์มด้านการพัฒนาทักษะแห่งอนาคตที่ภาคเอกชนต้องการจริง จุดประกายแรงบันดาลใจ เชื่อมโยงสู่การเริ่มต้นอาชีพที่มั่นคงและมีคุณค่า เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทยสู่อนาคตอย่างยั่งยืน
On May 10, 2025, Dr. Sumpun Silapanad, Vice President of the FTI Academy at the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the opening ceremony of the “MoHE Job Fair 2025” under the concept “From Passion to Profession – Turning Dreams into Real Careers.” The event was graced by Miss Supamas Isarapakdee, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, who served as the chief guest and visited booths from over 150 leading organizations at the main stage of Exhibition Hall 1–2 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This event provided opportunities for attendees to apply for over 150,000 job positions from businesses both domestically and internationally. Additionally, there were seminars featuring role models such as Mr. Jirayus Sapsrisohphaa, founder of Bitkub, who lectured on “Innovation to Opportunity,” “Nui Baitai” decoding careers in the age of AI, and Dr. Trin Phoaraksa, a renowned behavioral psychologist, discussing “Psychology in the Workplace: Growing Quickly Without Being Exploited” to enhance participants' confidence in soft skill development.
The event also featured activities designed to enhance the capabilities of the Thai workforce through over 1,500 courses under the themes of Upskill / Reskill / New skill, presented by various organizations such as SkillLane, FutureSkill, as well as FTI Academy representing the industry. These initiatives aimed to connect participants to meaningful and stable career beginnings, igniting inspiration and contributing to driving Thailand's economy towards a sustainable future.
