เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 5/2568 (14) โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยนายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธานและเหรัญญิก ส.อ.ท. นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธานและนายทะเบียน ส.อ.ท. และนายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. รวมถึงคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุม 109 (ชั้น 1) ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ได้มีการนำเสนอวาระสำคัญที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ
1. การขออนุมัติปรับข้อบังคับ ส.อ.ท. ฉบับที่ 34 เพื่อยกระดับการกำกับดูแลงาน Made in Thailand (MiT)
2. การขออนุมัติกรรมการประเภทแต่งตั้ง (แทน)
3. การเข้าร่วมประชุม St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2025 เน้นการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างไทยและรัสเซีย โดยผู้แทนทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ และแนวทางความร่วมมือ ตลอดจนการขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจและการลงทุนระหว่างไทยกับตลาดใหม่อย่างรัสเซีย
4. ประเด็นที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม (Hot Issue)
4.1 มาตรการภาษีสหรัฐอเมริกา Reciprocal Tariff และแนวทางการเจรจาการค้าไทย-สหรัฐ
4.2 สถานการณ์ไทย - กัมพูชา ต่อการค้าชายแดนของไทย
4.3 การปรับอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ 400 บาท ตามมติคณะกรรมการค่าจ้าง 17 มิถุนายน 2568 สำหรับประเภทธุรกิจโรงแรมทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568
5. แจ้งปรับปรุงพื้นที่จอดรถบริเวณปั๊มน้ำมัน ปตท. (เดิม) พร้อมจัดพื้นที่จอดรถและแนวทางการเข้า-ออกสำนักงานใหม่
6. ร่างพระราชบัญญัติภาษีส่งเสริมการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น
7. แนวทางการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและการใช้พลังงานทดแทนด้วยมาตรการทางภาษี
8. ความคืบหน้าการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมและสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด /คลัสเตอร์อุตสาหกรรม อาทิ
- การเรียกเก็บเงินค่าต่ออายุและเงินเพิ่มหลักประกันไฟฟ้า
- การปลดล็อคอุตสาหกรรมเอทานอลร่วมกับรองเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี
ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมฯ ได้แสดงความยินดีกับนายกิตติ ตั้งจิตรมณีศักดา รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานกฎหมายและภาษี ที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็น “กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบราชการ (ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ)” สำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบราชการ (ก.พ.ร.)
นอกจากนี้ ก่อนเริ่มการประชุม กส. ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิริยะ เตชะรุ่งโรจน์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม (iNT) นำเสนอภาพรวมและบริการของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลและความร่วมมือกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย พร้อมกันนี้ ได้มีการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยที่พร้อมต่อยอดสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ จำนวน 6 ผลงาน และศูนย์บริการสำหรับภาคอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 5 ศูนย์ รวมแสดงผลงานให้ผู้ประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 11 บูธ บริเวณหน้าห้องประชุม

On Monday, June 30, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held the 5th Meeting of the Federation of Thai Industries Committee for the Year 2025, chaired by Mr. Kriangkrai Tiaranukul, President of FTI, with the attendance of Mr. Thavee Piyapatan, Senior Vice President of FTI, Dr. Piyanuch Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice President and Treasurer of FTI, Mr. Isares Rattanadilok Na Phuket, Vice President and Registrar of FTI, and Mr. Krit Eamsang, Secretary-General of FTI, along with the committee members of FTI, at Meeting Room 109 (1st Floor), Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This meeting presented important agendas beneficial to the advancement of the industrial sector, including:
1. Request for approval to amend FTI’s Regulation No. 34 to enhance the supervision of Made in Thailand (MiT) work.
2. Request for approval for appointed committee members (replacement).
3. Participation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2025, focusing on strengthening economic relations between Thailand and Russia, where representatives from both sides exchanged information, shared visions, and discussed cooperation strategies, as well as expanding business and investment opportunities between Thailand and new markets such as Russia.
4. Issues affecting the industrial sector (Hot Issue).
4.1 The United States Reciprocal Tariff measures and approaches to Thailand-U.S. trade negotiations.
4.2 The Thailand-Cambodia situation regarding Thai border trade.
4.3 The adjustment of the minimum wage to 400 Baht, according to the Wage Committee's resolution on June 17, 2025, for hotel businesses nationwide, effective from July 1, 2025.
5. Notice of improvements to the parking area at the PTT gas station (old) along with the new access area for parking and office ingress/egress.
6. Draft of the Local Administration Promotion Tax Act.
7. Guidelines for promoting energy conservation and the use of renewable energy through tax measures.
8. Progress on solving the issues faced by industry groups and provincial industry councils/industrial clusters, including:
- Collection of renewal fees and electrical guarantee fees.
- Unlocking the ethanol industry in collaboration with the Deputy Secretary-General of the Prime Minister.
Additionally, the meeting congratulated Mr. Kitti Tangjitramanesakda, Vice President of FTI and Chairman of the Legal and Taxation Division, on his appointment as a “Qualified Member of the Reformed Administration System Development Committee (Business Administration)” under the Office of the Public Administration Commission.
Furthermore, prior to the meeting, the committee received a presentation from Assistant Professor Dr. Wiriya Techarungroj, Director of the Institute of Management Technology and Innovation (iNT), regarding an overview and services of Mahidol University and its collaboration with the Federation of Thai Industries. Additionally, six ready-to-commercialize research projects and five service centers for the industrial sector were presented, along with 11 booths showcasing works for industrial operators in front of the meeting room.
