วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายนาวา จันทนสุรคน รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ "จัดทัพปรับกลยุทธรับศึกสงครามการค้า" ภายในงานสัมมนา “From Trade War to Trade Win : พลิกเกมการค้า ฝ่าวิกฤตโลก” ครั้งที่ 2 จัดโดยกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ณ โรงแรม S31 สุขุมวิท กรุงเทพฯ
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายจตุพร บุรุษพัฒน์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ กล่าวเปิดงานสัมมนา และมีผู้ร่วมเสวนาจากทั้งจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคการศึกษา ได้แก่นางอารดา เฟื่องทอง อธิบดีกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ ดร.เสรี นนทสูติ กรรมการสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยสิทธิทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และวัฒนธรรม ดร.อาร์ม ตั้งนิรันดร รองคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์จีนศึกษาสถาบันเอเชียศึกษา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และนายวิศิษฐ์ ลิ้มลือชา รองประธานกรรมการหอการค้าไทย
ในการเสวนา นายนาวาได้นำเสนอถึงสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องเร่งปรับตัว เนื่องจากมีการพึ่งพาตลาดสหรัฐฯ อย่างมาก รวมทั้งสินค้าไทยที่มีความเสี่ยงในการเสียตลาดให้กับประเทศคู่แข่ง หากไทยโดนภาษี 36% อาทิ ถุงมือยาง อาหารทะเลกระป๋อง เครื่องปรับอากาศ เฟอร์นิเจอร์และชิ้นส่วน เครื่องมือแพทย์ เครื่องนุ่งห่ม เป็นต้น พร้อมกันนี้ ได้นำเสนอข้อเสนอต่อภาครัฐเพื่อปลดล็อกศักยภาพการผลิตของอุตสาหกรรม เช่น การปรับโครงสร้างอุตสาหกรรมโดยยกระดับเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม การปรับปรุงกฎหมายเพื่อลดอุปสรรคทางการค้า การเข้มงวดในการตรวจสอบสินค้าจากต่างประเทศที่เข้ามาสวมสิทธิ์ การส่งเสริมการใช้ Local Content และสินค้า Made in Thailand (MiT) รวมทั้งการเร่งการเจรจาข้อตกลงทางการค้าเพื่อขยายโอกาสในการส่งออก และการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมตามแนวคิด BCG Model เพื่อขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย และเศรษฐกิจไทยให้เติบโตได้อย่างมั่นคงในระยะยาว
On Thursday, July 24, 2025, Mr. Nava Chanthanasurakhan, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in a discussion titled "Strategic Adaptation to Global Trade War Challenges" at the seminar “From Trade War to Trade Win: Transforming Trade, Navigating Global Crises” organized by the Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce at S31 Hotel, Sukhumvit, Bangkok
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Jurapol Burutpath, Minister of Commerce, who opened the seminar. Participants included representatives from government, private sectors, and academia, including Ms. Arada Fuengthong, Director-General of the Department of Foreign Trade, Dr. Seri Nontasuth, United Nations Committee member on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Dr. Arm Tangnirundorn, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law and Director of the China Studies Center at Chulalongkorn University, and Mr. Wisit Limluocha, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
During the discussion, Mr. Nava presented the industrial products that need urgent adaptation due to their significant dependence on the U.S. market, as well as Thai products that are at risk of losing market share to competing countries if Thailand faces a 36% tariff, such as rubber gloves, canned seafood, air conditioners, furniture and components, medical equipment, and clothing. In addition, he proposed recommendations to the government for unlocking the production potential of the industry. These include restructuring the industry by enhancing technology and innovation, improving legislation to reduce trade barriers, tightening scrutiny on imported goods with rights infringement, promoting the use of Local Content and Made in Thailand (MiT) products, accelerating trade agreement negotiations to expand export opportunities, and promoting and developing industries based on the BCG Model to drive the Thai industrial sector and the Thai economy toward stable long-term growth.
