ส.อ.ท. ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมผู้ประกอบการ MiT ติดตามการใช้ใบรับรอง หนุนเข้าถึงตลาดรัฐFTI Visits MiT Operators to Monitor Certification Use and Support Access to Government Markets

On August 5, 2025, Mr. Nava Chanthanasurakorn, Chairman of the Made in Thailand (MiT) Subcommittee, Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Dr. Lakkhana Leelayutthiyotin, Dr. Jiraphorn Wiriya-pongsakool, Mr. Wijai Sakulworarungreung, Mr. Chaiwat Chaipanitphand, and Mr. Pongsak Piboonsak, members of the MiT Subcommittee, and officials visited operators with MiT-certified products in Pathum Thani Province.

The delegation visited the following MiT-certified operators:

1. Thanathorn Company Limited
A manufacturer and distributor of road traffic equipment for over 30 years, emphasizing quality and modernity, designed to meet user needs while prioritizing the safety of road users. The company takes pride in using MiT products to enhance the value of its offerings and gain better access to government markets, such as the Expressway Authority and the Department of Highways. Currently, the company has over 50 SKUs certified by MiT.

2. Medi Us Company Limited
A leader in the production of orthopedic surgical devices for the face at both regional and international levels, focusing on quality, safety, and innovation for the best treatments. The company holds licenses including FDA, ISO, GMP, and standards in biological safety, capable of producing screws and plates based on hospital order volumes, with 21 SKUs certified by MiT, fostering confidence in the quality of Thai products to be supplied to hospitals nationwide, and promoting increased use of Thai products.

3. Union Apply Company Limited
A leader in hydraulic cylinders and agricultural machinery, integrating technology with ISO quality certifications and Industrial Product Standards (TIS). The company supports the use of local raw materials to manufacture products in its factories while expanding into overseas markets, with 41 SKUs certified by MiT.

During this factory visit, FTI is committed to promoting and supporting MiT products, particularly in accessing government procurement as per the Ministry of Finance's policy, enabling Thai operators to adapt in the competitive era against imported products.

The main benefit of the MiT certification from the Federation of Thai Industries is a 5% advantage in sales to the government sector, enhancing credibility and value perceptions for the products.
