เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดงานสัมมนาในหัวข้อ “เจาะลึก FTA: โอกาสของอุตสาหกรรมไทยในยุคเศรษฐกิจผันผวน” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายวิเชาวน์ รักพงษ์ไพโรจน์ ประธานสายงานต่างประเทศ และรองประธาน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมด้วย นางจิตธนา กำเนิดเพ็ชร ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านปกป้องผลประโยชน์ทางการค้า จากกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงาน ณ ห้องประชุม 1012 ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
ในช่วงเช้า ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ภก. นิลสุวรรณ ลีลารัศมี รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. มาบรรยายในหัวข้อ "กฎว่าด้วยถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้า (Product Specific Rules – PSR)" โดยให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์พื้นฐานของ PSR แนวทางการป้องกันการสวมสิทธิ์ถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้า และบทบาทของตราสินค้า “Made in Thailand” (MiT) ในการเพิ่มมูลค่าการใช้สิทธิประโยชน์จาก FTA เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการไทยในการส่งออกสินค้าไปยังต่างประเทศ ท่ามกลางสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจที่มีความไม่แน่นอน
สำหรับในช่วงบ่าย ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนายังได้รับฟังบรรยายจากนางสาวณัฐรุจา ไชยกองละ และนางสุวดี นิยมไทย นักวิชาการพาณิชย์ชำนาญการพิเศษ ผู้แทนจากกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ ในหัวข้อ “กลยุทธ์การใช้สิทธิประโยชน์จาก FTA ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตเพื่อการส่งออก” โดยเนื้อหาครอบคลุมสิทธิประโยชน์จาก FTA และวิธีการกรอกแบบฟอร์มหนังสือรับรองถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้า (C/O) เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยสามารถใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ได้อย่างเต็มที่ในการขยายตลาดต่างประเทศ
งานสัมมนาครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และการเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย ในการปรับตัวและใช้ประโยชน์จากความตกลงทางการค้าเสรีได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On Friday, August 8, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized a seminar titled “In-Depth Analysis of FTA: Opportunities for Thai Industry in an Uncertain Economic Era,” graced by the presence of Mr. Vichawon Rakkhapongpairoj, Chairman of the International Affairs Division and Vice President of FTI, along with Ms. Jitthana Kamnoetphet, Specialist in Trade Protection from the Department of Foreign Trade, who jointly opened the event in Meeting Room 1012 on the 10th floor of FTI.
In the morning session, Dr. Phong Nilsuwan Leelarasamee, Vice President of FTI, delivered a presentation on the topic “Product Specific Rules (PSR),” providing information about the fundamental criteria of PSR, methods for preventing misuse of product origin, and the role of the “Made in Thailand” (MiT) label in enhancing the value of utilizing benefits from FTAs to promote the potential of Thai entrepreneurs in exporting products abroad amidst an uncertain economic situation.
In the afternoon session, participants also listened to presentations by Ms. Natharuj Chaikongla and Ms. Suwadee Niyomthai, Senior Commercial Scholars representing the Department of Foreign Trade, on the topic “Strategies for Utilizing FTA Benefits in the Manufacturing Sector for Export.” The content covered FTA benefits and the procedures for completing the Certificate of Origin (C/O) form to assist Thai entrepreneurs in fully utilizing benefits to expand into international markets.
This seminar is another important activity that helps enhance knowledge, understanding, and preparedness for the Thai industrial sector to adapt and effectively leverage free trade agreements.
