เมื่อวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2568 นายปรนนท์ ฐิตะวรรโณ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันดิจิทัลเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม (IDTI) เข้าร่วมการเสวนาในงาน The 9th Singapore Regional Business Forum (SRBF) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Future-Proofing Businesses: Asia's Path to Regional Connectivity & Growth” ซึ่งจัดโดย Singapore Business Federation (SBF) ณ ห้องแกรนด์ บอลรูม โรงแรมเดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน กรุงเทพฯ
พิธีเปิดงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายพิชัย ชุณหวชิร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง และ Dr. Tan See Leng รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน และรัฐมนตรีกำกับดูแลด้านพลังงาน วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จากกระทรวงการค้าและอุตสาหกรรม สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ เข้าร่วมเป็นประธานเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ
สำหรับปีนี้ SRBF จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิดหลัก “Business Resilience in Asia: Advancing Regional Business Growth Amid Global Uncertainty” โดยมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งของภาคธุรกิจเอเชียด้วยการยกระดับความยั่งยืน นวัตกรรม และการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย ทั้งยังเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองวาระครบรอบ 60 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–สิงคโปร์ และนับเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมสำคัญของ SG60 Signature Event เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 60 ปีแห่งการก่อตั้งประเทศสิงคโปร์
การเสวนาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้น 3 แกนหลักเพื่อเชื่อมโยงเศรษฐกิจภูมิภาค ได้แก่
1. การค้าไร้รอยต่อ (Seamless Trade)
2. ความยั่งยืน (Sustainability)
3. การเปลี่ยนผ่านดิจิทัล (Digital Transformation)
พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองถึงโอกาสในการใช้ประโยชน์จากกรอบความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค เช่น ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA), ASEAN Facilitation for Goods in Transit Agreement (AFGIT) และ Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC)
นอกจากนี้ ภาคเอกชนยังได้หารือถึงทิศทางการปรับตัวต่อความท้าทายเศรษฐกิจโลก ผ่าน 3 มิติสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) Sustainability : ขับเคลื่อนสู่เป้าหมาย Net Zero ผ่าน Green Shipping Corridors, Carbon Trading, Circular Economy, การลงทุนพลังงานสะอาด และ Green Finance การซื้อขายคาร์บอน (Carbon Trading) เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy) การลงทุนพลังงานสะอาด และการเงินสีเขียว 2) Digital Transformation: การประยุกต์ใช้ AI และระบบชำระเงิน/การค้าไร้เงินสด (PromptPay, National Single Window) เพื่อลดอุปสรรคทางการค้า ควบคู่การลงทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน เช่น Kunming Highway และ 3) Integration: การรับติมอร์-เลสเต เข้าร่วมอาเซียน เพื่อเพิ่มพลังการรวมตัวของภูมิภาคและยกระดับศักยภาพการแข่งขัน
เวที SRBF ครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงบทบาทเชิงรุกของภาคเอกชนไทยในการผลักดันความร่วมมือระดับอาเซียน เสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นต่อศักยภาพเศรษฐกิจไทย และเปิดโอกาสใหม่ให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยก้าวสู่ตลาดภูมิภาคและตลาดโลกได้อย่างมั่นคง
On August 19, 2025, Mr. Pornnart Thitavaro, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Institute of Digital for Industry (IDTI), participated in a discussion at The 9th Singapore Regional Business Forum (SRBF) under the theme “Future-Proofing Businesses: Asia's Path to Regional Connectivity & Growth,” organized by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) at the Grand Ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Bangkok.
The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Phichai Chunhavan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Dr. Tan See Leng, Minister of Manpower and Minister for Trade and Industry of the Republic of Singapore, who officially opened the event.
This year, SRBF was held under the main concept “Business Resilience in Asia: Advancing Regional Business Growth Amid Global Uncertainty,” focusing on enhancing the strength of the Asian business sector by promoting sustainability, innovation, and connectivity. It also celebrated the 60th anniversary of Thai-Singapore diplomatic relations and marked an important activity of the SG60 Signature Event, coinciding with the 60th anniversary of Singapore's independence.
The discussion focused on three main pillars to connect the regional economy:
1. Seamless Trade
2. Sustainability
3. Digital Transformation
Participants exchanged views on opportunities to leverage regional cooperation frameworks such as the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA), the ASEAN Facilitation for Goods in Transit Agreement (AFGIT), and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
Additionally, the private sector discussed strategies for adapting to global economic challenges through three key dimensions: 1) Sustainability: achieving Net Zero targets through Green Shipping Corridors, Carbon Trading, Circular Economy, investments in clean energy, and Green Finance; 2) Digital Transformation: applying AI and cashless payment/trade systems (PromptPay, National Single Window) to reduce trade barriers alongside infrastructure investments such as the Kunming Highway; and 3) Integration: bringing Timor-Leste into ASEAN to enhance regional integration and competitiveness.
This SRBF platform reflects the proactive role of the Thai private sector in promoting ASEAN cooperation, reinforcing confidence in the potential of the Thai economy, and opening new opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs to enter regional and global markets securely.
