เมื่อวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568 นายยุทธนา ศิลป์สรรค์วิชช์ กรรมการสายงาน FTI Academy ในฐานะผู้แทนสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้เข้าร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการขับเคลื่อนสุขภาวะคนวัยทำงานด้วยพลังของข้อมูล” ภายในงาน Data-Driven Workforce Planning Forum : Work Well, Live Well ณ ห้องประชุม Victor 3–4 โซน Victor Club อาคาร FYI Center
ภายในงาน มีการนำเสนอข้อมูลสำคัญเกี่ยวกับสุขภาวะวัยทำงานและความเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) พร้อมทั้งเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากหน่วยงานหลักทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคสนับสนุน อาทิ สำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน กรมอนามัย สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) และสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย
นายยุทธนา ได้กล่าวถึงสถานการณ์ข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพแรงงาน โดยชี้ให้เห็นว่าภาคเอกชนยังขาดความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดเก็บและการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพของภาครัฐ อีกทั้งยังไม่ทราบแนวทางการนำข้อมูลเหล่านั้นไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงธุรกิจได้อย่างไร ทั้งนี้ ภาคเอกชนให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างการเติบโตและความมั่นคงทางธุรกิจเป็นหลัก อย่างไรก็ตาม หากภาครัฐสามารถสะท้อนมุมมองที่ชัดเจนว่า การดูแลสุขภาพแรงงานและบุคลากรในองค์กรมีส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตทางธุรกิจ จะช่วยสร้างความตระหนักและกระตุ้นให้ภาคเอกชนหันมาให้ความสำคัญกับประเด็นสุขภาวะมากยิ่งขึ้น
On August 27, 2025, Mr. Yuttana Silpasarnwit, Executive Member of the FTI Academy and representative of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in a discussion on the topic "Driving Workforce Well-being Through the Power of Data" at the Data-Driven Workforce Planning Forum: Work Well, Live Well, held in the Victor 3–4 meeting room, Victor Club, FYI Center.
The event featured important presentations regarding the well-being of the working age population and the risks of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), along with a platform for exchanging views from key agencies in the public sector, private sector, and supporting sector, such as the National Statistical Office, the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, the Department of Health, the Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), and the Federation of Thai Industries.
Mr. Yuttana discussed the situation of labor health data, pointing out that the private sector still lacks understanding regarding the collection and accessibility of health data from the government. Furthermore, they are unaware of how to utilize this data for business benefits. The private sector predominantly focuses on business growth and stability. However, if the government can clearly convey that the care for labor health and staff within organizations is crucial for driving business growth, it will help raise awareness and encourage the private sector to pay more attention to well-being issues.
