วันที่ 4 กันยายน 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมเสวนา “พัฒนาศักยภาพเครือข่ายวิทยาการเกษตรระดับสูง” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นในรูปแบบการพบปะและสร้างเครือข่ายของผู้ผ่านหลักสูตรวิทยาการเกษตรระดับสูง (วกส.) รุ่นที่ 1–6 พร้อมพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา วกส. รุ่นที่ 6 ณ ห้องแคทลียา โรงแรมรามาการ์เด้นส์ กรุงเทพฯ
ในวงเสวนา นายเกรียงไกร ได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเรื่อง “เกษตรกรรมไทยปรับตัวอย่างไร ภายใต้ภาษีทรัมป์” โดยชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นที่เกษตรกรและภาคธุรกิจเกษตรไทยต้องเตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับมาตรการทางภาษีจากสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งอาจกระทบต่อการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรของไทยในอนาคต
การเสวนาครั้งนี้ มีการนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงลึก ทั้งในด้านการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบ การเสนอแนวทางการเจรจาระหว่างประเทศ และการมองหาโอกาสใหม่ในตลาดโลก เพื่อช่วยลดความเสี่ยงจากมาตรการภาษี และสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ภาคเกษตรกรรมไทยก้าวต่อไปอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน
การรวมตัวของเครือข่าย วกส. ครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ แต่ยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการระดมความคิดเห็น เพื่อวางแนวทางพัฒนาภาคเกษตรไทยให้พร้อมเผชิญความท้าทายระดับโลก
On September 4, 2025, Mr. Kriengkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the seminar titled “Developing the Competency of Advanced Agricultural Science Networks,” which was held in the format of networking among graduates from the Advanced Agricultural Science Program (WSK) classes 1–6. This event also included a ceremony to present certificates to the graduates of WSK class 6 at the Catleya Room, Rama Gardens Hotel, Bangkok.
During the seminar, Mr. Kriengkrai exchanged views on “How Thai Agriculture Adapts Under Trump Taxes,” highlighting the necessity for Thai farmers and the agricultural business sector to prepare for tax measures from the United States, which may impact Thailand's agricultural exports in the future.
This seminar presented in-depth information regarding impact analysis, proposed negotiation strategies between countries, and exploring new opportunities in the global market to help mitigate risks from tax measures and strengthen the Thai agricultural sector to move forward in a stable and sustainable manner.
The gathering of the WSK network this time was not only a knowledge exchange but also an important platform for gathering opinions to establish developmental pathways for the Thai agricultural sector to be ready to face global challenges.
