เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 5 กันยายน 2568 นางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง ประธานสายงาน FTI Academy และนายสรณ์ปกรณ์ ศิรการบัณฑิตย์ เลขานุการสายงาน FTI Academy ร่วมกับสำนักงานสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (สอวช.) จัดสัมมนาสรุปผลการสำรวจ Thailand Talent Landscape 2025-2029 ณ ส.อ.ท. และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ZOOM
ในการสัมมนาครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากนางสาวภาณิศา หาญพัฒนนันท์ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอาวุโสฝ่ายนวัตกรรมอุดมศึกษาและการพัฒนาทักษะแห่งอนาคต สอวช. และนางสาวภัทรธิรา เกื้อกิ้ม นักยุทธศาสตร์ กลุ่มยุทธศาสตร์กำลังคนและบริหารกลยุทธ์ นำเสนอผลการสํารวจความต้องการบุคลากรทักษะสูงในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย พ.ศ. 2568-2572
โดยผลสำรวจสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ประเทศไทยกำลังเผชิญความท้าทายด้านแรงงานจากการเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย และการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง โดยมีความต้องการบุคลากรทักษะสูงกว่า 1.08 ล้านตำแหน่ง ในช่วงปี 2568–2572 ครอบคลุม 10 อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย เช่น การบินและโลจิสติกส์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ ดิจิทัล ยานยนต์สมัยใหม่ การแพทย์ครบวงจร และอาหารอนาคต
ทั้งนี้ ทักษะสำคัญที่ตลาดแรงงานต้องการ ได้แก่ Data Analytics, AI, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า–อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, Mechatronics และ Digital Marketing ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความจำเป็นที่ภาครัฐ เอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษา ต้องเร่งมือในการ Upskill และ Reskill รวมทั้งพัฒนาหลักสูตรใหม่ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมบุคลากรให้สอดรับกับอนาคต
On Friday, September 5, 2025, Ms. Kanit Muangkrajang, Chairperson of the FTI Academy, and Mr. Sornpakorn Sirakanbandit, Secretary of the FTI Academy, in conjunction with the National Science, Research and Innovation Policy Office (NSTDA), organized a seminar to summarize the results of the Thailand Talent Landscape 2025-2029 survey at the FTI and via the online platform ZOOM.
This seminar featured a presentation by Ms. Panisa Hanpathanan, Senior Director of Higher Education Innovation and Future Skill Development at NSTDA, and Ms. Pattharathira Keukiem, Strategist from the Human Resource Strategy and Strategic Management Group, who presented the survey results on the demand for skilled personnel in target industries from 2025 to 2029.
The survey results revealed that Thailand is facing labor challenges due to an aging society and competition in advanced technology industries, with a need for over 1.08 million skilled personnel during the period of 2025-2029, covering 10 target industries such as aviation and logistics, smart electronics, digital, modern automotive, comprehensive healthcare, and future food.
Key skills that the labor market requires include Data Analytics, AI, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, and Digital Marketing, highlighting the necessity for the public sector, private sector, and educational institutions to accelerate efforts in upskilling and reskilling, as well as to develop new curricula to prepare personnel in alignment with future needs.
