เมื่อวันที่ 17 กันยายน 2568 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมการประชุมระดมสมองในหัวข้อ “ความต้องการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านยานยนต์สมัยใหม่” นำโดยนางยุพิน บุญศิริจันทร์ ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ ดร.เกรียงศักดิ์ วงศ์พร้อมรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันยานยนต์และสมาคมวิศวกรรมยานยนต์ไทย (TSAE) และ ผศ.ดร.นักสิทธ์ นุ่มวงษ์ เลขานุการ Smart Mobility Research Center คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ณ ห้องประชุม 301 สถาบันยานยนต์ สำนักงานกล้วยน้ำไท
การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดเวทีให้ผู้บริหารและผู้แทนจากค่ายรถยนต์ชั้นนำของประเทศไทย ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและสะท้อนความต้องการด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในภาคอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
ผลการหารือได้กำหนดทิศทางและแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากร โดยเน้นการยกระดับทักษะและความรู้ภายในองค์กร รวมถึงการสร้างความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาและหน่วยงานวิจัย ที่ประชุมยังเห็นชอบให้มีการจัดทำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสำหรับนักศึกษาในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเสริมความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ และเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแก้ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของกำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน และเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์โดยรวม
On September 17, 2025, the automotive industry group of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) participated in a brainstorming session on the topic of “The Need for Developing Modern Automotive Personnel,” led by Mrs. Yuphin Boonsirichan, Chairperson of the Automotive Industry Group, Dr. Kriangsak Wongphromrat, Director of the Automotive Institute and the Thai Society of Automotive Engineers (TSAE), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Naksit Numwong, Secretary of the Smart Mobility Research Center, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, at Meeting Room 301, Automotive Institute, Kluaynamthai Office.
This meeting was held to provide a platform for executives and representatives from leading automotive manufacturers in Thailand to exchange views and reflect on the needs for personnel development in the automotive industry.
The discussions established directions and approaches for personnel development, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge within organizations, as well as fostering cooperation with educational institutions and research agencies. The meeting also agreed on the need to develop training courses for students in related fields to enhance knowledge in modern technology and improve problem-solving capabilities in the production process. This initiative aims to prepare the workforce in alignment with labor market demands and strengthen the overall competitiveness of the automotive industry.
