FTI Academy ปั้นทักษะ “Professional Communication Skills” ผู้ประกอบการกว่า 300 คนร่วมเสริมศักยภาพสื่อสารFTI Academy Develops "Professional Communication Skills" Over 300 Entrepreneurs Enhance Communication Potential

On September 30, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through FTI Academy, conducted a training session on "Professional Communication Skills," broadcast live online via Microsoft Teams. The event saw the participation of over 300 executives and entrepreneurs at the Botanic Room, 5th floor, Best Western Jatujak Hotel.

Ms. Kanit Mueangkrajang, Vice President of FTI and Chairperson of FTI Academy, opened the event and emphasized the mission of FTI Academy to elevate the skills of personnel in the industrial sector to be ready for change and to drive organizations effectively.

Mr. Pongsak Saenchaingam, FTI Academy Committee Member of FTI, introduced the ongoing curriculum and use of the FTI Academy website to provide entrepreneurs with access to knowledge and continuous skill development.

Additionally, the event was honored by Mr. Noppol Nopparat, Executive of Acrosswork Co., Ltd., who imparted knowledge and experiences over three hours, covering important topics in the workplace such as:
• Active Listening
• Communication within teams between superiors, subordinates, and colleagues
• Effective Point Extraction Techniques
• Professional Communication Techniques

This training focused on the practical application of techniques and reinforced the role of FTI Academy as a learning center to enhance personnel potential, contributing to the strength of Thailand's industrial sector moving forward.
