เมื่อวันที่ 2–3 ตุลาคม 2568 สถาบันน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อความยั่งยืน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดกิจกรรม “ศึกษาดูงานและ Workshop ภาวะผู้นำสู่การบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน” ภายใต้หลักสูตร Water Leadership Program รุ่นที่ 10 นำโดยนายชูชาติ สายถิ่น รองประธานสถาบันน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อความยั่งยืน และนายปรีดา วัชรเธียรสกุล รองประธานสถาบันน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อความยั่งยืน พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงานการบริหารจัดการน้ำเพื่อความยั่งยืน และผู้เข้าอบรมรุ่นที่ 10 ณ กรมชลประทาน สามเสน กรุงเทพฯ เขื่อนขุนด่านปราการชล จังหวัดนครนายก และชุมชนตำบลดงขี้เหล็ก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเรียนรู้แนวทางการจัดการน้ำจากการทำงานจริง เชื่อมโยงภาพการบริหารจัดการน้ำครบทุกระดับ
1. ระดับนโยบาย : เยี่ยมชมศูนย์ปฏิบัติการน้ำอัจฉริยะ (SWOC) กรมชลประทาน – เรียนรู้การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลน้ำแบบเรียลไทม์ ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางในการติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และคาดการณ์สถานการณ์น้ำจากทั่วประเทศ ช่วยให้เห็นภาพของระบบบริหารจัดการน้ำระดับประเทศ
2. ระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน : เยี่ยมชมการบริหารจัดการน้ำของเขื่อนขุนด่านปราการชล นครนายก – ระบบ SCADA ควบคุมและติดตามตลอด 24 ชม. เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการน้ำในพื้นที่ชลประทาน
3. ระดับชุมชน : เยี่ยมชมชุมชนดงขี้เหล็ก ปราจีนบุรี – ต้นแบบการจัดการน้ำโดยชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
การลงพื้นที่ทั้งสามแห่งช่วยให้ผู้เข้าอบรมเชื่อมโยงภาพรวมการจัดการน้ำตั้งแต่เชิงนโยบาย โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน จนถึงการบริหารจัดการโดยชุมชน สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ความยั่งยืนทางน้ำจะเกิดขึ้นได้จริงเมื่อทุกภาคส่วนร่วมมือกันอย่างเป็นระบบ
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของหลักสูตรฯ ที่เสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และภาวะผู้นำด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำ พร้อมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้เข้าอบรมจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการน้ำของประเทศไปสู่ความมั่นคงและยั่งยืนอย่างแท้จริง
On October 2–3, 2025, the Institute of Water and Environmental Sustainability of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized the event “Study Visit and Workshop on Leadership for Sustainable Water Management” under the Water Leadership Program, Class 10, led by Mr. Chuchat Saitin, Vice President of the Institute of Water and Environmental Sustainability, and Mr. Preeda Watcharathiensakul, Vice President of the Institute of Water and Environmental Sustainability, along with members of the sustainable water management working group and the participants from Class 10 at the Royal Irrigation Department in Samsen, Bangkok, the Khuan Dan Prakarn Chon Dam in Nakhon Nayok Province, and the community of Dong Khee Lek Subdistrict, Mueang District, Prachinburi Province.
The objectives of this activity were to learn about water management approaches from real work experiences, connecting the comprehensive picture of water management at all levels:
1. Policy Level: Visit to the Smart Water Operation Center (SWOC) at the Royal Irrigation Department – Learn about real-time water data management, which serves as a hub for monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting water situations nationwide, providing an overview of national water management systems.
2. Infrastructure Level: Visit to the management of the Khuan Dan Prakarn Chon Dam, Nakhon Nayok – The SCADA system controls and monitors continuously for 24 hours to enhance water management efficiency in irrigated areas.
3. Community Level: Visit to the Dong Khee Lek Community, Prachinburi – A model of sustainable water management by the community.
The field visits to these three locations allowed participants to connect the overall picture of water management from policy to infrastructure to community management, reflecting that sustainable water management can only be achieved when all sectors collaborate systematically.
This event marked another significant step of the program that enhances knowledge and leadership in water management while fostering cooperation networks among participants from various sectors to drive the country’s water management towards true security and sustainability.
