เมื่อวันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2568 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) พร้อมด้วย ดร.จิราภรณ์ วิริยะพงษากุล และนายสุพจน์ ชัยวิไล กรรมการสถาบัน SMI และ ดร.พุทธิวงศ์ เอื้อมหเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายสมาชิกสัมพันธ์ กิจกรรมและรายได้ ให้การต้อนรับนายอัครพล ลีลาจินดามัย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม ณ ส.อ.ท.
ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการหารือความร่วมมือของ 2 หน่วยงานระหว่างสถาบัน SMI และ สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม หรือ สวส. ในการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการ SMEs โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มที่สถาบัน SMI ได้มีการพัฒนาไว้เบื้องต้นแล้ว เพื่อผลักดันไปสู่การขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทั้ง 18 กลุ่มจังหวัดต่อไป
On October 3, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute (SMI), along with Dr. Jiraporn Wiriya-phongkul and Mr. Supachai Chaiwilai, Board Members of the SMI, and Dr. Puttivong Ueamha-jerng, Director of Member Relations, Activities, and Revenue, welcomed Mr. Akrapol Leelachindamai, Director of the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion at FTI.
In this meeting, cooperation between the two organizations was discussed, specifically between the SMI and the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion or SEMO, regarding the development of SMEs. This is particularly focused on those groups that SMI has already begun to develop, to promote their registration as social enterprises with an emphasis on continuing development across all 18 provincial clusters.
