ส.อ.ท. ประชุม กนบ. ครั้งที่ 3/2568 ร่วมขับเคลื่อนการบริหารงานเชิงพื้นที่แบบบูรณาการFTI Holds the 3rd Meeting of the Integrated Area Management Policy Committee

On October 9, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the 3rd meeting of the Integrated Area Management Policy Committee (G.N.B.), chaired by Mr. Ekkanit Nithithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, with Ms. Onfa Wetchachiva, Secretary-General of the National Economic and Social Development Council, serving as the meeting secretary at the Ministerial Meeting Room, 150 Years Building, Ministry of Finance.

The meeting acknowledged the key points of the Royal Decree on Integrated Area Management of 2022, along with the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Area Management Policy Committee (G.N.B.) to foster a mutual understanding among committee members and stakeholders. This is considered an essential foundation for coordinating cooperation among various agencies in the future.

Furthermore, the meeting approved the establishment of subcommittees for each of the six regions across the country, with the Deputy Prime Minister assigned by the G.N.B. serving as the chair of the subcommittee and the Inspector General from the Prime Minister's Office in the area serving as a subcommittee member. This will ensure that area-based operations are comprehensive, effective, and truly responsive to the specific needs of each region.
