เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดยสายงาน FTI Academy จัดสัมมนาเรื่อง “แนวทางการขอรับการสนับสนุนทุน เพื่อสร้างคน สร้างโอกาส สู่ 3 อุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต” ณ ห้องประชุม 802 ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท.
งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากนางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงาน FTI Academy พร้อมด้วยนายพงศา แสนใจงาม นายชัยวัฒน์ ชัยปณิธิพันธ์ และนายคณพล วงศ์พิชญวิศาล กรรมการสายงาน FTI Academy ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงานและแสดงเจตนารมณ์ในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานไทยให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมอนาคต ทั้ง Semiconductor, ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI)
ดร.วิบูลย์ รักสาสน์เจริญผล ประธานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมแผนงานเป้าหมายสำคัญฯ ได้ร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการขอรับการสนับสนุนทุน เพื่อสร้างคน สร้างโอกาส สู่ 3 อุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต” โดยกล่าวถึงทิศทางการพัฒนากำลังคนของประเทศ บทบาทของไทยในห่วงโซ่คุณค่า (Value Chain) ของแต่ละอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขในการขอรับการสนับสนุนทุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
ต่อเนื่องด้วยการบรรยายหัวข้อ “แนวทางการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการเพื่อขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณ” โดยผู้บริหารจากหน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการพัฒนากำลังคนและทุนด้านการพัฒนาสถาบันอุดมศึกษา การวิจัยและการสร้างนวัตกรรม (บพค.) เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความร่วมมือสำคัญของ ส.อ.ท. ในการสนับสนุนให้ภาคธุรกิจและสถาบันการศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนากำลังคน สร้างโอกาสใหม่ให้แก่แรงงานไทย และขับเคลื่อนประเทศสู่เศรษฐกิจอนาคตอย่างยั่งยืน
On Friday, October 31, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through the FTI Academy, organized a seminar titled “Approaches to Seeking Funding Support to Build People and Create Opportunities for the 3 Future Industries” at Conference Room 802, 8th Floor, FTI.
The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Kanit Muangkrichang, Vice President of FTI and Chairperson of the FTI Academy, along with Mr. Pongsak Sanjaingam, Mr. Chaiwat Chaipanithiphan, and Mr. Kanaphon Wongpichawisarn, committee members of the FTI Academy, who collectively opened the event and expressed their commitment to promoting the development of Thai labor skills in line with the needs of future industries, including Semiconductor, Electric Vehicles (EV), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Dr. Wiboon Raksasarncharoenphol, Chairman of the Committee for Promoting Key Target Plans, also gave a lecture on the topic “Approaches to Seeking Funding Support to Build People and Create Opportunities for the 3 Future Industries,” discussing the direction of human resource development in the country, Thailand's role in the value chain of each industry, as well as the criteria and conditions for requesting funding support from government agencies.
This was followed by a presentation on “Guidelines for Writing Project Proposals to Request Budget Support” by executives from the Bureau of Human Resource Development and Funding Management for Higher Education, Research, and Innovation Development (BPHK), enabling participants to effectively apply the knowledge in developing project proposals.
This event was another important collaboration of FTI in supporting the business sector and educational institutions to participate in workforce development, creating new opportunities for Thai labor, and propelling the country towards a sustainable future economy.
