สภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคใต้จัดประชุมสัญจร เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรมภูมิภาคSouthern FTI Holds Traveling Meeting to Drive Regional Economy and Industry

On Friday, November 7, 2025, the Southern Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) in collaboration with the Satun Provincial Industry Council held the 10th traveling meeting of the Southern FTI Committee (2025:15). The meeting was honored by the presence of Mr. Adisorn Tanengchuan, Chairman of the Southern FTI, Mr. Thanyawit Thamsunthorn, Secretary-General of the Southern FTI, and Mr. Sorasak Angsuphanit, Chairman of the Satun Provincial Industry Council, along with their team.

During the event, the meeting welcomed Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of FTI, along with Mr. Thawee Piyapatan, Senior Vice Chairman of FTI, Mr. Apichit Pasaprat, and Mr. Thanarak Phongpaetra, Vice Chairmen of FTI, Mr. Krit Aimsaeng, Secretary-General of FTI, Mr. Hasadin Suwatthanapongchet, and Mr. Niti Thongkrissin, Deputy Secretary-Generals of FTI, as well as FTI committee members from various regions.

Dr. Supachai Wangpridealerk, Chairman of the Northern Federation of Thai Industries, attended the meeting to provide suggestions for promoting and supporting the operations of provincial industry councils, as well as to listen to the issues of concern for members in the area and the pathways to drive the development of the industrial sector and economy in Southern Thailand, held at the Grand Ballroom of Bandaya Resort, Koh Lipe, Satun Province.

The key points of the meeting are as follows:

1. A special lecture on “Thai Economic Conditions in 2025 and 2026” by Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of FTI.
2. A special lecture on “Introduction to the Science Park at Prince of Songkla University and Collaborative Approaches to Technology and Innovation Development for the Private Sector” by Assoc. Prof. Kamron Pitak, Director of the Southern Regional Science Park.
3. An award and certificate ceremony honoring Ms. Oravan Sirivorasanti, Vice Chairperson of the Southern FTI, for her role as a representative of the Southern FTI in connecting services and various benefits to FTI members in the South effectively throughout the years.
4. A report on the progress of the Solar Rooftop installation project, which currently has 48 interested parties across the country, with the meeting emphasizing that provincial industry councils coordinate with interested parties for further installations in their areas.
5. The promotion of the One FTI Food Valley project in the South, which involves coordinating between FTI and research from educational institutions to bring innovations to develop the food industry sector for local operators. The Southern FTI committee was informed to arrange a follow-up meeting regarding operational discussions.
6. The annual academic seminar FTI Outlook 2026.
