เมื่อวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2569 ดร.วิบูลย์ รักสาสน์เจริญผล กรรมการบริหารสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เป็นผู้แทนเข้าร่วมบรรยายพิเศษในการประชุมระดับชาติ Thailand National PM 2.5 Forum ครั้งที่ 2 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยสภาลมหายใจกรุงเทพ ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) ณ ห้องแกรนด์ไดมอนด์บอลรูม อาคารอิมแพ็คฟอรั่ม เมืองทองธานี
การประชุมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีกลางในการบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหามลพิษทางอากาศและฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก (PM 2.5) อย่างยั่งยืน โดยภายในงานได้แบ่งเวทีสัมมนาวิชาการออกเป็น 5 ห้องย่อย ครอบคลุมมิติต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ภาคเมือง ภาคคมนาคม ภาคอุตสาหกรรม ภาคป่าไม้ ภาคเกษตรและมลพิษข้ามแดน มลพิษทางอากาศที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพ และวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม
ส.อ.ท. ได้ร่วมบรรยายในเวทีที่ 1 ภาคเมือง ภาคคมนาคม ภาคอุตสาหกรรม ภายใต้หัวข้อ
“Urban Clean Air Ecosystem Action for Sustainability การขับเคลื่อนระบบนิเวศอากาศสะอาดเขตเมืองสู่ความยั่งยืน”
โดย ดร.วิบูลย์ ได้นำเสนอบทบาทของสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยต่อการแก้ไขปัญหาฝุ่นละอองในพื้นที่เมือง ผ่านการสร้างความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างใกล้ชิด อาทิ กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมฯ และกรุงเทพมหานคร (กทม.)
พร้อมกันนี้ ยังได้นำเสนอบทบาทเชิงรุกของ ส.อ.ท. ในการจัดการปัญหาฝุ่นละอองในเขตเมือง ผ่านการใช้กลไกและเครื่องมือส่งเสริมให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมลดการปล่อยมลพิษอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม รวมถึงทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนภาคเอกชนในการให้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย เพื่อร่วมกำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพอากาศที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของประเทศไทย ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศอากาศสะอาดที่ยั่งยืน
งาน Thailand National PM 2.5 Forum ครั้งที่ 2 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20–21 มกราคม 2569 เพื่อผลักดันการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงพื้นที่ การขับเคลื่อนกฎหมายอากาศสะอาด และการสร้างความตระหนักรู้ถึงผลกระทบต่อสุขภาวะในระยะยาว ซึ่งถือเป็นวาระเร่งด่วนที่ทุกภาคส่วนต้องร่วมมือกันเพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของประชาชนอย่างยั่งยืน
On January 20, 2026, Dr. Wiboon Raksasarnjaroenphol, Executive Board Member of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), represented the organization at a special lecture during the national meeting Thailand National PM 2.5 Forum, 2nd Edition, organized by the Bangkok Breath Council with support from the Health Promotion Foundation (HPF) at the Grand Diamond Ballroom, Impact Forum, Muang Thong Thani.
This meeting aimed to serve as a central platform for integrating cooperation from all sectors to sustainably address air pollution and particulate matter (PM 2.5). The conference was segmented into five seminar rooms covering various dimensions including urban areas, transportation, industry, forestry, agriculture, cross-border pollution, air pollution effects on health, and science, technology, and innovation.
The FTI contributed to the discussions in Seminar Room 1, which focused on urban areas, transportation, and industry, under the topic
“Urban Clean Air Ecosystem Action for Sustainability.”
Dr. Wiboon presented the role of the Federation of Thai Industries in addressing dust pollution in urban areas by fostering close collaboration with relevant agencies, such as industrial groups and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
Additionally, Dr. Wiboon highlighted the proactive role of the FTI in managing dust pollution in urban zones by utilizing mechanisms and tools to promote tangible reductions in emissions from the industrial sector. The FTI also represented the private sector in providing policy recommendations to help establish air quality standards suitable for the context of Thailand and promote the use of innovations to create a sustainable clean air ecosystem.
The Thailand National PM 2.5 Forum, 2nd Edition, was held from January 20–21, 2026, with the aim of driving solutions to area-based issues, promoting clean air legislation, and raising awareness of long-term health impacts. This efforts are vital for all sectors to collaborate to ensure a sustainable quality of life for citizens.
