เมื่อวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2569 นายสุชาติ จันทรานาคราช รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดการบรรยายพิเศษฯ และได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์ไพบูลย์ ธรรมสถิตย์มั่น กรรมการสายงานแรงงาน เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ โดยมีนายรุ่งเรือง สายพวรรณ์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถมนุษย์ เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมจากคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. และผู้แทนภาคเอกชนกว่า 200 ท่าน เข้าร่วมรับฟัง ณ ห้องประชุม C.P. GROUP & TRUE (1010) ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท. และผ่านระบบ Zoom Meeting
การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านกฎหมายแรงงานให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล เพื่อนำไปปรับใช้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างถูกต้อง ลดความเสี่ยงจากข้อพิพาทแรงงานที่อาจเกิดขึ้น และเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารแรงงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On January 21, 2026, Mr. Suchart Chantharanakarach, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), presided over the opening of the special lecture and was honored to have Professor Paiboon Thamsathitman, a committee member of the Labor Sector, as the speaker sharing knowledge and experience. Mr. Rungruang Saiphuwan, Director of the Human Capability Enhancement Institute, served as the moderator. Over 200 participants, including members of the FTI Board and private sector representatives, attended the event at the C.P. GROUP & TRUE (1010) meeting room on the 10th floor of the FTI and via Zoom Meeting.
The purpose of this activity was to enhance knowledge, understanding, and practical guidelines regarding labor law for entrepreneurs, executives, and those involved in human resource management, to apply these in business operations correctly, reduce the risk of potential labor disputes, and establish effective labor management practices.
