เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 23 มกราคม 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดสัมมนาเรื่อง “มาตรการสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไทย เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน” เพื่อเปิดเวทีให้ผู้ประกอบการเข้าถึงข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้านมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุน แหล่งเงินทุน และแนวทางการจัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการอย่างครบวงจร โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.เบญจรงค์ สุวรรณคีรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการคลัง นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนายนาวา จันทนสุรคน รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. ร่วมเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนภาคอุตสาหกรรมเข้าร่วมกว่า 64 คน จาก 40 บริษัท ณ ส.อ.ท.
การสัมมนาครั้งนี้ ดร.เบญจรงค์ ได้ร่วมถ่ายทอดนโยบายและทิศทางการสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไทย โดยเน้นย้ำบทบาทของภาครัฐในการเร่งผลักดันมาตรการทางการเงินและสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสให้ภาคธุรกิจเข้าถึงแหล่งทุน ลดต้นทุน และเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ ท่ามกลางบริบทเศรษฐกิจโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
ด้านนายเกรียงไกร ได้สะท้อนวิสัยทัศน์ว่า ส.อ.ท. พร้อมทำหน้าที่เป็น “พันธมิตรเชิงรุก” ของผู้ประกอบการไทย เดินหน้าสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มกำลัง ทั้งการให้ข้อมูลเชิงนโยบาย การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ การผลักดันมาตรการส่งเสริม ตลอดจนการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงลึก เพื่อให้สมาชิกสามารถพัฒนาโครงการและเข้าถึงสิทธิประโยชน์ได้จริงในทางปฏิบัติ
ขณะที่นายนาวา ได้เน้นย้ำบทบาทของ ส.อ.ท. ในการเป็นศูนย์กลางเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคการเงิน และภาคเอกชน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากมาตรการสนับสนุนได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ พร้อมผลักดันให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมต่อการลงทุนและการขยายธุรกิจ
ด้านสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) ได้นำเสนอภาพรวมมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุน พร้อมแนวทางการจัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการ (Proposal) และขั้นตอนการยื่นขอรับการส่งเสริมอย่างละเอียด เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ด้านภาษีและการลงทุน โดย BOI ระบุว่าจะรวบรวมข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ประกอบการในครั้งนี้ เพื่อนำไปพิจารณาปรับปรุงแนวทางการดำเนินงานและมาตรการส่งเสริมในระยะต่อไป
นอกจากนี้ สมาคมธนาคารไทย ได้นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และเครื่องมือทางการเงินที่ช่วยเสริมสภาพคล่อง สนับสนุนเงินทุนหมุนเวียน และรองรับการลงทุนของผู้ประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม SMEs และภาคการผลิตที่ต้องการยกระดับเทคโนโลยีหรือขยายกำลังการผลิต ตลอดจนมีการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และแนวปฏิบัติจากผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อให้เห็นตัวอย่างการนำมาตรการไปใช้จริงและสามารถต่อยอดได้ทันที
การจัดสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ ตอกย้ำบทบาทของ ส.อ.ท. ในฐานะกลไกหลักในการขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย เชื่อมโยงนโยบายสู่การปฏิบัติ สร้างโอกาสให้สมาชิกเข้าถึงทรัพยากรและการสนับสนุนอย่างรอบด้าน พร้อมยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการไทยให้เติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็ง มั่นคง และยั่งยืนในเวทีเศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่
On Friday, January 23, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized a seminar titled "Measures Supporting Thai Entrepreneurs to Enhance Competitiveness" to provide a platform for entrepreneurs to access in-depth information on investment promotion measures, funding sources, and comprehensive project proposal development guidelines. The event was graced by Dr. Benjaporn Suwankiri, Assistant Minister to the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, President of FTI, and Mr. Nawa Jantanusurakorn, Vice President of FTI, who jointly inaugurated the event, alongside over 64 representatives from the industrial sector from 40 companies at FTI.
During this seminar, Dr. Benjaporn conveyed the policies and directions supporting Thai entrepreneurs, emphasizing the role of the government in accelerating financial measures and various benefits to enhance opportunities for businesses to access funding, reduce costs, and strengthen their competitiveness amidst the rapidly changing global economic context.
Mr. Kriangkrai reflected the vision that FTI is ready to act as a “proactive partner” for Thai entrepreneurs, fully supporting them through policy information, coordination with government agencies, promoting supportive measures, and providing in-depth consulting, enabling members to develop projects and access benefits effectively in practice.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nawa emphasized FTI's role as a central hub connecting cooperation between the government, financial sector, and private sector to facilitate entrepreneurs' utilization of support measures effectively, enabling tangible outcomes for investment and business expansion.
The Office of the Board of Investment (BOI) provided an overview of investment promotion measures along with detailed guidelines on project proposal development and the application process for receiving promotional benefits, enabling better opportunities for tax and investment benefits. The BOI indicated that it would gather feedback and suggestions from entrepreneurs during this seminar to consider improvements in operational approaches and promotional measures in the future.
Additionally, the Thai Bankers' Association introduced financial products and tools that enhance liquidity, support working capital, and facilitate investments for entrepreneurs, especially those in the SME sector and manufacturing industry aiming to upgrade technology or expand production capabilities, showcasing experiences and practices from entrepreneurs to illustrate how to implement measures effectively and immediately leverage them.
This seminar reinforced FTI's role as a key mechanism in driving the Thai industrial sector, linking policies to practice, creating opportunities for members to access comprehensive resources and support, and enhancing the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs for strong and sustainable growth in the new economic arena.
