เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 นางพิมพ์ใจ ลี้อิสสระนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายไพรัตน์ เอื้อชูยศ นายสราวุธ สงวนเผ่า นายศาณิต เกษสุวรรณ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และนางสาวสีฟ้า ซิงห์ กรรมการสายงานส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ลงพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อพบปะสมาชิกสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และติดตามประเด็นสำคัญด้านเศรษฐกิจ การลงทุน และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่ โดยมีนายอรรจน์ สุวรรณนุรักษ์ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และนายสุรินทร์ สิริชยานนท์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น ณ โรงแรมทวินโลตัส จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช
ในช่วงเช้า คณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ได้เข้าสักการะศาลหลักเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช พระพุทธสิหิงค์ รวมไปถึงสักการะองค์พระบรมธาตุ วัดพระมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร หลังจากนั้น ได้เดินทางไปเข้าพบนายสมชาย สีหล้าน้อย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อหารือแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนของจังหวัด ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรม การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และการยกระดับศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ ผ่านความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน
ต่อมาในช่วงบ่าย นางพิมพ์ใจ ได้กล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม "พบปะสมาชิกสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช" เพื่อสื่อสารทิศทางและนโยบายการดำเนินงานของ ส.อ.ท. พร้อมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมและรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากสมาชิกในพื้นที่ โดยได้ถ่ายทอดวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายการดำเนินงานภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ 5I ซึ่งมุ่งเสริมสร้างศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการไทย เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และยกระดับการให้บริการแก่สมาชิกในทุกภูมิภาค
ภายในเวทีดังกล่าว สมาชิกสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชได้นำเสนอข้อคิดเห็น ปัญหา และข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายจาก 7 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมหลักของจังหวัด ประกอบด้วยอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองแร่และโรงโม่หิน อุตสาหกรรมยางพารา อุตสาหกรรมไม้ยางพารา อุตสาหกรรมเชื้อเพลิงชีวมวล อุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปอาหารทะเล อุตสาหกรรมเกษตรแปรรูป และอุตสาหกรรมปาล์มน้ำมัน
ข้อเสนอส่วนใหญ่ครอบคลุมประเด็นด้านกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบ การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและระบบโลจิสติกส์ การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการลงทุน ตลอดจนการยกระดับห่วงโซ่อุปทานและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่
การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกบทบาทสำคัญของ ส.อ.ท. ในทำงานเชิงรุกด้วยการสร้างความใกล้ชิดกับสมาชิกด้วยการรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะ เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ตลอดจนร่วมขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและภาคอุตสาหกรรมของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชและภาคใต้ให้เติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน
On July 31, 2026, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Phairat Uechuayod, Mr. Sarawut Sa-nguanpao, Mr. Sanit Kasuwan, Vice Presidents of FTI, and Ms. Seefa Singh, Committee Member of the Provincial Industrial Promotion and Support Committee, visited Nakhon Si Thammarat province to meet with the members of the Provincial Industrial Council and follow up on important economic, investment, and industrial development issues in the area. They were warmly welcomed by Mr. Archarn Suwannurak, President of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Industry Council, and Mr. Surin Sirichayanont, Vice President of FTI, along with the committee and members at the Twin Lotus Hotel, Nakhon Si Thammarat province.
In the morning, the FTI management team paid respects at the Nakhon Si Thammarat City Pillar Shrine and the Phra Buddha Sihing, as well as venerating the Phra Boromathat at Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan. Following this, they met with Mr. Somchai Silanoi, Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat, to discuss ways to drive the economy and investment of the province, as well as exchange opinions on promoting the industrial sector, infrastructure development, and enhancing the capabilities of local entrepreneurs through collaboration between the public and private sectors.
In the afternoon, Mrs. Pimjai opened the "Meeting with Members of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Industrial Council" activity to communicate the direction and operational policies of FTI while fostering participation and gathering opinions from members in the area. She conveyed the vision and operational policies under the 5I strategy, which aims to enhance the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs, increase competitiveness, and improve services for members across all regions.
During this event, members of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Industrial Council presented comments, issues, and policy proposals from seven main industrial groups in the province, including mining and stone crushing, rubber industry, rubberwood industry, biomass fuel industry, seafood processing industry, processed agriculture industry, and palm oil industry.
Most proposals covered issues regarding laws and regulations, infrastructure and logistics development, investment facilitation, as well as upgrading the supply chain and enhancing competitiveness of the industrial sector in the area.
This visit signifies another important role of FTI in proactively engaging with members by listening to suggestions, strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, and collaboratively driving the economic and industrial development of Nakhon Si Thammarat province and the southern region towards sustainable growth.
