เมื่อวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2569 Pillar Industry Transformation & Industry 4.0 ภายใต้สายงานส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรม สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมกับกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล จัดงานสัมมนา “One Together, We Succeed – ERP Game On” โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานเปิดงาน ณ ลาน ThaiBev ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
นายพงษ์ชัย ชัยจิรวิวัฒน์ ประธานคณะ Pillar Industry Transformation & Industry 4.0 กล่าวรายงานถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงานว่า Pillar Industry Transformation & Industry 4.0 มุ่งยกระดับผู้ประกอบการไทยสู่การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ระบบอัตโนมัติ และหุ่นยนต์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและพัฒนาทักษะแรงงาน ท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงของภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางในการประสานความร่วมมือและผลักดันการปรับโครงสร้างอุตสาหกรรมไทย ผ่านกิจกรรมและกลไกของสถาบันภายใต้สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งเน้นภารกิจหลัก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่
(1) Knowledge Sharing
(2) Industry Readiness Assessment
(3) Solutioning
(4) Implementation
(5) Funding and Incentive Support
นายเกรียงไกร กล่าวเปิดงานสัมมนา โดยระบุว่า ปัจจุบันโลกกำลังเผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงโครงสร้างครั้งสำคัญของภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยเฉพาะ Technology Disruption ที่เข้ามาปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการผลิตจากการใช้แรงงานแบบดั้งเดิม ไปสู่การใช้ระบบหุ่นยนต์และระบบอัตโนมัติอย่างแพร่หลาย และในอนาคตมีแนวโน้มที่จะนำ Humanoid Robot เข้ามามีบทบาทมากยิ่งขึ้น
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. จึงขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ “First Industries to Next-Gen Industries” ควบคู่กับนโยบาย 4GO ได้แก่ Go Digital & AI,
Go Innovation, Go Global และ Go Green โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาใช้ในการพัฒนาองค์กร ซึ่งการเริ่มต้นด้วยระบบ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญที่จะช่วยผลักดันยุทธศาสตร์ดังกล่าวให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในระดับองค์กร และช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ รวมถึงผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่มาร่วมให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกลไกสนับสนุนและสิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ประกอบการ โดยเนื้อหาครอบคลุมการนำระบบ ERP มาใช้ขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ดิจิทัล แนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมขององค์กร ตลอดจนการคัดเลือกระบบบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของแต่ละธุรกิจ เพื่อยกระดับสู่การเป็นอุตสาหกรรมอัจฉริยะที่ยั่งยืน
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านดิจิทัลและเครือข่าย (Infrastructure & Network) ที่จำเป็นต่อการรองรับการเปลี่ยนผ่านของภาคอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงมาตรการสนับสนุนและสิทธิประโยชน์เชิงนโยบายจากภาครัฐ เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยสามารถลงทุนในเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างคุ้มค่า และเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขันในระยะยาว
On March 5, 2026, the Pillar Industry Transformation & Industry 4.0 under the Industry Promotion and Support Bureau of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) collaborated with the Digital Industry Group to organize the seminar “One Together, We Succeed – ERP Game On,” which was inaugurated by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranuukul, Chairman of FTI, at the ThaiBev Plaza, 10th Floor of FTI.
Mr. Phongchai Chaijeriwiwat, Chairman of the Pillar Industry Transformation & Industry 4.0, reported the objectives of the event, stating that the Pillar Industry Transformation & Industry 4.0 aims to elevate Thai entrepreneurs to adopt digital technology, automation, and robotics to enhance production efficiency and develop workforce skills amidst the changing industrial landscape. This initiative serves as a facilitator in coordinating collaboration and driving the restructuring of Thai industry through activities and mechanisms of institutions under the Federation of Thai Industries, focusing on five main missions:
(1) Knowledge Sharing
(2) Industry Readiness Assessment
(3) Solutioning
(4) Implementation
(5) Funding and Incentive Support
Mr. Kriangkrai opened the seminar by stating that the world is currently facing significant structural changes in the industrial sector, particularly due to Technology Disruption that is transforming traditional labor production processes into widespread use of robotics and automation. In the future, there is a tendency to increasingly incorporate Humanoid Robots.
In response to these changes, FTI is implementing the strategy “First Industries to Next-Gen Industries,” alongside the 4GO policy, which includes Go Digital & AI,
Go Innovation, Go Global, and Go Green, placing importance on the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) for organizational development. The initiation with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is considered a crucial mechanism to drive this strategy effectively at the organizational level and to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector.
The event featured distinguished speakers who shared their expertise and experiences, as well as representatives from government agencies who provided information on support mechanisms and incentives for entrepreneurs. The content covered the adoption of ERP systems to drive organizations toward digital transformation, organizational preparedness strategies, and selecting appropriate management systems tailored to each business context to elevate it to be a sustainable smart industry.
Moreover, information regarding the digital infrastructure and networks necessary to support the industrial sector's transition was provided, alongside government support measures and policy incentives to help Thai entrepreneurs make cost-effective investments in technology and enhance long-term competitive potential.
