เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายมนตรี มหาพฤกษ์พงศ์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงานกระชับความสัมพันธ์ทางการค้าระหว่างไทยและกลุ่มประเทศลาตินอเมริกา “Latin Night: Viva La Fiesta” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนางศุภจี สุธรรมพันธุ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ เป็นประธานในงาน ณ Dusit Central Park (The Glasshouse)
ภายในงานมีผู้บริหารจากกระทรวงพาณิชย์ เอกอัครราชทูต และอุปทูตจาก 8 ประเทศลาตินอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย ได้แก่ อาร์เจนตินา โคลอมเบีย กัวเตมาลา เม็กซิโก เปรู บราซิล ปานามา และชิลี รวมถึงผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากภาคเอกชนไทยเข้าร่วม
การจัดงานครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์ด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทยกับกลุ่มประเทศลาตินอเมริกา ซึ่งกระทรวงพาณิชย์ ได้กำหนดให้เป็นตลาดใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพสูงและมีแนวโน้มเติบโตต่อเนื่อง พร้อมทั้งสามารถต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนร่วมกันได้ในอนาคต
On May 20, 2026, Mr. Montree Mahapruekphong, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended an event to enhance trade relations between Thailand and the Latin American countries, titled “Latin Night: Viva La Fiesta.” The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Supachai Panthusak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, who served as the chairperson at Dusit Central Park (The Glasshouse).
The event featured executives from the Ministry of Commerce, ambassadors, and deputy ambassadors from 8 Latin American countries in Thailand, namely Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Panama, and Chile, along with senior executives from the Thai private sector.
This event aimed to strengthen the economic, trade, and cultural relations between Thailand and the Latin American countries, which the Ministry of Commerce has identified as a new market with high potential and continuous growth trends, along with opportunities for future economic cooperation and investment together.
