เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2569 นายกิตติ สุขุตมตันติ ประธานคณะกรรมการมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการฯ ครั้งที่ 3/2569 โดยมี นายเอกนิติ รมยานนท์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) และนางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. ในฐานะที่ปรึกษาคณะกรรมการฯ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร สมอ. จากกองกำหนดมาตรฐาน กองตรวจการมาตรฐาน กองกฎหมาย กองบริหารมาตรฐานระหว่างประเทศ และศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ณ ห้อง 1012 ส.อ.ท.
“มาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมจะเป็นหนึ่งในกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ ส.อ.ท. จึงต้องการให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกำหนดทิศทางตั้งแต่ต้น ผ่านการจัดทำ Roadmap ระยะ 12 ปี ที่สะท้อนความต้องการจริงของผู้ประกอบการ ทั้งด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ บุคลากร และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานการทดสอบ เพื่อให้มาตรฐานไทยไม่เพียงตอบโจทย์ปัจจุบัน แต่สามารถรองรับเทคโนโลยีและอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต รวมถึงเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการพาประเทศไทยก้าวสู่การเป็นประเทศพัฒนาแล้ว” นายกิตติ สุขุตมตันติ ประธานคณะกรรมการมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ส.อ.ท. กล่าว
ในด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค สมอ. รายงานผลการตรวจโฆษณาออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ มอก. วอทช์ กว่า 528,900 URL ระงับการจำหน่ายแล้วกว่า 13,000 URL และยึดอายัดสินค้ามูลค่ากว่า 60 ล้านบาท พร้อมเดินหน้าเชื่อมต่อ API กับแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ เพื่อสกัดสินค้าที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานตั้งแต่ก่อนวางจำหน่าย ขณะที่ ส.อ.ท. เสนอต่อยอดด้วยการใช้เครือข่ายสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดทั้ง 76 จังหวัด ทำหน้าที่เฝ้าระวังในพื้นที่ ควบคู่กับการสื่อสารสู่สาธารณะและการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้บริโภค
สำหรับมาตรฐานบังคับที่อยู่ระหว่างกระบวนการกว่า 30 รายการ ทั้งกลุ่มแบตเตอรี่และพาวเวอร์แบงก์ เหล็ก และอุปกรณ์ระบบเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ ที่ประชุมได้หารือแนวทางเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ประกอบการ ทั้งการประกาศกรอบเวลาล่วงหน้า การขยายเครือข่ายห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบ และโครงการนำร่องภาคสมัครใจ (Sandbox) พร้อมรับทราบความคืบหน้าการประสานสำนักงานมาตรฐานอินเดีย (BIS) เพื่อเร่งรัดการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตให้ผู้ส่งออกไทย การเตรียมรับมาตรฐานยางล้อ UN R117-04 ตามการปรับเปลี่ยนของสหภาพยุโรป และการขับเคลื่อน มอก. 9999 แนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงภาคอุตสาหกรรม
อีกหนึ่งประเด็นสำคัญคือ การส่งเสริม มอก. 9999 แนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงภาคอุตสาหกรรม ให้เกิดการนำไปใช้ในภาคธุรกิจอย่างกว้างขวางมากขึ้น เพื่อเป็นแนวทางบริหารองค์กรอย่างสมดุล มีภูมิคุ้มกัน ใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างเหมาะสม และสนับสนุนการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยตั้งเป้าหมายอย่างน้อย 99 บริษัทนำร่อง เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับองค์กร นอกจากนี้ ยังเตรียมบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับ สมอ. ในการจัดทำ Roadmap มาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมในอีก 12 ปีข้างหน้า เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็นประเทศพัฒนาแล้ว ตามนโยบายรัฐบาล
ส.อ.ท. พร้อมทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกกลางเชื่อมโยงภาคอุตสาหกรรมกับภาครัฐ เพื่อให้มาตรฐานไทยเป็นทั้งเกราะคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และใบเบิกทางสู่ตลาดโลก
On August 14, 2026, Mr. Kitti Sukuttamthanti, Chairman of the Industrial Products Standards Committee of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), chaired the 3rd meeting of the committee. Mr. Ekniti Romyanon, Secretary-General of the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), and Mrs. Kanit Meungkrajang, Vice Chairman of the FTI and Committee Advisor, along with executives from TISI representing the Standards Development Division, Standards Inspection Division, Legal Division, International Standards Management Division, and the Information Technology and Communications Center, attended the meeting held at Room 1012, FTI.
“Industrial standards will be one of the key mechanisms to enhance the country's competitiveness. Therefore, the FTI seeks to involve the industrial sector in shaping the direction from the outset by developing a 12-year roadmap that reflects the actual needs of entrepreneurs in terms of products, personnel, and testing infrastructure. This will ensure that Thai standards not only meet current demands but can also accommodate future technologies and industries, as well as serve as an important tool for propelling Thailand toward developed nation status,” said Mr. Kitti Sukuttamthanti, Chairman of the Industrial Products Standards Committee of FTI.
Regarding consumer protection, TISI reported that over 528,900 URLs were checked for online advertisements through the TIS Watch system, with more than 13,000 URLs suspended from sales and products worth over 60 million baht seized. TISI is moving forward by connecting the API with e-commerce platforms to intercept substandard products before they are sold. Meanwhile, the FTI proposed to leverage its network of provincial industrial councils across all 76 provinces to monitor locally, along with public communication and educating consumers.
Over 30 mandatory standards are currently in the process of review, including those for batteries and power banks, steel, and solar cell systems. The meeting discussed ways to prepare business operators, such as announcing advance timelines, expanding testing laboratory networks, and initiating voluntary pilot projects (Sandbox). Additionally, updates were given on coordinating with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to expedite the renewal of export licenses for Thai exporters, preparations to adopt UN R117-04 tire standards as per EU changes, and advancements in TIS 9999 relating to the sufficiency economy in the industrial sector.
Another important issue is the promotion of TIS 9999 concerning the sufficiency economy in the industrial sector to encourage widespread adoption in business practices, aiming for a balanced management approach that fosters resilience, appropriate resource utilization, and sustainable growth. The target is to have at least 99 pilot companies to enhance organizational sustainability. Furthermore, cooperation with TISI is being prepared to develop the industrial standards roadmap for the next 12 years, aligning with the government’s policy toward becoming a developed country.
The FTI is ready to act as a central mechanism to link the industrial sector with government bodies to ensure that Thai standards serve as both a shield for consumers and a gateway to the global market.
