50 ปีความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–เวียดนาม ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงหมุดหมายทางประวัติศาสตร์ แต่เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการต่อยอดความสัมพันธ์สู่ความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ โดยเฉพาะการค้า การลงทุน นวัตกรรม และอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งสามารถสร้างโอกาสใหม่ให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยและเชื่อมโยงห่วงโซ่อุปทานของทั้งสองประเทศให้แข็งแกร่งขึ้น
เมื่อวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 นายเวทิต โชควัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วย นายกริช อึ้งวิฑูรสถิตย์ รองประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ และ นายธนวัฒน์ จิตบรรเทิงพันธ์ กรรมการและผู้ช่วยเลขานุการสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 50 ปีการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–เวียดนาม และครบรอบ 81 ปี วันชาติสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ณ ห้อง Grand Ballroom ชั้น 4 โรงแรม The Ritz-Carlton กรุงเทพฯ

ภายในงาน H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung เอกอัครราชทูตเวียดนามประจำประเทศไทย กล่าวถึงพัฒนาการของเวียดนามตลอด 81 ปี และความสัมพันธ์ไทย–เวียดนามที่แน่นแฟ้นต่อเนื่องตลอด 50 ปี พร้อมเน้นย้ำการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างสองประเทศในหลายด้าน โดยเฉพาะ การค้า การลงทุน นวัตกรรม และอุตสาหกรรม
ขณะที่ นายวิชาวัฒน์ อิศรภักดี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กล่าวแสดงความยินดีและยืนยันการสนับสนุนความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยและเวียดนามอย่างต่อเนื่อง
สำหรับภาคเอกชน ความสัมพันธ์ที่มีความใกล้ชิดมากขึ้นถือเป็นโอกาสในการต่อยอด การค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างสองประเทศ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่เวียดนามมีบทบาทเพิ่มขึ้นในห่วงโซ่อุปทานภูมิภาค ขณะที่ผู้ประกอบการไทยมีศักยภาพด้านอุตสาหกรรม เทคโนโลยี และธุรกิจบริการที่สามารถนำไปต่อยอดความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรเวียดนามได้
ส.อ.ท. ในฐานะตัวแทนภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย จึงให้ความสำคัญกับการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายภาคเอกชนไทยกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน เพื่อสร้างทั้ง ตลาดใหม่ พันธมิตรใหม่ และโอกาสการลงทุนใหม่ พร้อมผลักดันความร่วมมือที่สามารถนำไปสู่การสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจร่วมกัน
ทั้งนี้ คณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับ H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung เอกอัครราชทูตเวียดนามฯ และ Mrs. Ho Thi Thu Trang ภริยา ซึ่งให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. อย่างอบอุ่น สะท้อนถึงความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างภาคเอกชนไทยและเวียดนาม และเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสในการสานต่อความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจในระยะต่อไป
The 50 years of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Vietnam is not only a historic milestone but also a crucial opportunity to further economic cooperation, particularly in trade, investment, innovation, and industry, which can create new opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs and strengthen the supply chains of both countries.
On August 18, 2026, Mr. Wichit Chokwatana, Senior Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Krit Ungvithunrat, Vice Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Division, and Mr. Thanawat Chitbanthongpan, Committee Member and Assistant Secretary of the ASEAN and Logistics Division at the FTI, attended the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Vietnam and the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at the Grand Ballroom on the 4th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok.
[From 50 Years of Relations to Economic Opportunities]
During the event, H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung, Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand, spoke about Vietnam's developments over the past 81 years and the enduring strong relationship between Thailand and Vietnam over the past 50 years, emphasizing the promotion of cooperation between the two countries in various fields, especially trade, investment, innovation, and industry.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vichawath Isarapakdi, Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, expressed his congratulations and affirmed ongoing support for cooperation between Thailand and Vietnam.
For the private sector, closer relations represent an opportunity to enhance trade and investment between the two countries, especially at a time when Vietnam is playing an increased role in the regional supply chain, while Thai entrepreneurs possess industrial, technological, and service business capabilities that can leverage cooperation with Vietnamese partners.
As a representative of the Thai industrial sector, the FTI places great importance on connecting the networks of Thai private sectors with neighboring countries to create new markets, new partners, and new investment opportunities, while promoting cooperation that can lead to the joint creation of economic value.
The FTI executive team expressed their congratulations to H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung, the Vietnamese Ambassador, and Mrs. Ho Thi Thu Trang, his wife, who warmly welcomed the FTI executive team, reflecting the good relations between the private sectors of Thailand and Vietnam and marking another opportunity to continue economic cooperation in the future.
