เมื่อวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมนายประพันธ์ เจริญประวัติ ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยและผู้จัดการตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ไลฟ์เอ็กเช้นจ์ นายเจริญ ผู้สัมฤทธิ์เลิศ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร เคพีเอ็มจี ประเทศไทย เมียนมาและลาว และนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ ประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กล่าวต้อนรับ และเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดหลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ประกอบการ SMEs / Startups สู่ตลาดทุน จัดโดยสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมกับตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ KPMG ประเทศไทย โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมทั้งสิ้น 40 บริษัท ณ C asean Rama IV
หลักสูตร K-FTI Acceleration Program รุ่น 2 วันแรกนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. มาบรรยายในหัวข้อ SMEs Landscape ภาพรวมธุรกิจ SMEs ไทยและทิศทาง SMEs ของไทยในอนาคต และ ผศ.ดร. ยุทธนา ศรีสวัสดิ์ นายกสมาคมการค้าสตาร์ทอัพไทย มาบรรยายในหัวข้อ ทิศทาง Startup ไทย นอกจากนี้ ยังมีรุ่นพี่ K-FTI Acceleration Program รุ่น 1 มาแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ และคำแนะนำในการระดมทุนผ่านกลไกลตลาดทุนแก่รุ่นน้อง K-FTI รุ่น 2 อีกด้วย
ทั้งนี้ หลักสูตร K-FTI Acceleration Program รุ่น 2 เป็นหลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อมให้ SMEs และ Startups มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ บัญชี การเงิน ภาษี กฎหมาย ระบบงาน ความเสี่ยงทางธุรกิจและการควบคุมภายในและกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ เพื่อให้สามารถสร้างความเติบโตทางธุรกิจ และสามารถระดมทุนผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ได้ เช่น การระดมทุนผ่านตลาดทุน LiVE Exchange, MAI, SET การร่วมลงทุนโดย Strategic Partner เช่น VC CVC การควบกิจการ เป็นต้น
On March 1, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), together with Mr. Praphan Jaroenpravat, Assistant Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Manager of the Live Exchange, Mr. Jaroensuk Lertprasert, Chief Executive Officer of KPMG Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos, and Mr. Apichit Passornrat, President of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), welcomed and participated in the opening ceremony of the training course to prepare SMEs / Startups for the capital market organized by the Federation of Thai Industries in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and KPMG Thailand, with a total of 40 participating companies at C asean Rama IV.
The first day of the K-FTI Acceleration Program, Cohort 2, featured a presentation by Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, President of FTI, on the topic of the SMEs Landscape, covering the overview of Thai SMEs and the future direction of SMEs in Thailand. Additionally, Assistant Professor Dr. Yutthana Srisawat, President of the Thai Startup Trade Association, presented on the topic of the direction of Thai Startups. There was also participation from alumni of Cohort 1 of the K-FTI Acceleration Program who shared their experiences and provided advice on fundraising through capital market mechanisms to the younger cohort of K-FTI, Cohort 2.
The K-FTI Acceleration Program, Cohort 2, is designed to prepare SMEs and Startups with knowledge and understanding of business processes, accounting, finance, taxation, legal systems, business risk management, internal controls, and other necessary activities for conducting business. This is to enable them to foster business growth and raise funds through various channels, such as fundraising via capital markets like LiVE Exchange, MAI, SET, joint ventures with strategic partners like VC and CVC, mergers, and acquisitions, among others.
