เมื่อวันที่ 29 มีนาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมกับนายบุรินทร์ อดุลวัฒนะ กรรมการผู้จัดการ และ Chief Economist ศูนย์วิจัยกสิกรไทย จำกัด และนายสุกิจ วงศ์ถาวราวัฒน์ หุ้นส่วนและ หัวหน้าแผนก Alliances เคพีเอ็มจี (KPMG) ประเทศไทย เสวนาในหัวข้อ “แนวโน้มธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมไทย” ซึ่งว่าด้วยความท้าทายของอุตสาหกรรมไทยที่เผชิญกับความเสี่ยงหลายด้าน ทั้งค่าเงินบาทที่ผันผวนตามเศรษฐกิจโลก การขาดแคลนแรงงาน กฎหมายที่ล้าสมัย ต้นทุนพลังงานสูง ปัญหา Cybersecurity รวมไปถึงตลาดแรงงานไทยที่ยังคงเผชิญกับการพึ่งพาแรงงานต่างด้าว ในการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการของหลักสูตร K-FTI Acceleration Program รุ่น 2 จัดโดย ส.อ.ท. ร่วมกับตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ KPMG ประเทศไทย ณ C asean อาคารไทยเบฟควอเตอร์ พระราม 4
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมเขียนแผนธุรกิจให้โดนใจ ซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจากนายชูวิทย์ จึงธนสมบูรณ์ และนายชนิตร ชาญชัยณรงค์ คณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ร่วมให้คำแนะนำแก่นักธุรกิจ และในช่วงค่ำยังได้มีกิจกรรม Party & Business Networking เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการพบปะพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจระหว่างผู้เรียน ซึ่งมีผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมหลายท่าน
On March 29, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukool, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Burin Adulwattana, Managing Director and Chief Economist of Kasikorn Research Center Co., Ltd., and Mr. Sukit Wongthavornwat, Partner and Head of Alliances at KPMG Thailand, participated in a discussion on the topic of “Business and Industry Outlook of Thailand.” The conversation addressed the challenges faced by the Thai industry, which include the volatility of the Thai Baht in line with the global economy, labor shortages, outdated laws, high energy costs, cybersecurity issues, and the persistent reliance on foreign labor in the Thai labor market. This took place during the workshop of the K-FTI Acceleration Program, Class 2, organized by FTI in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and KPMG Thailand at C asean, Thai Beverage Quarter, Rama 4.
Additionally, there was an activity to write appealing business plans, with the honor of having Mr. Chuwit Chotwattanakhan and Mr. Chanit Chanchai Narong, members of the FTI Board, provide guidance to entrepreneurs. In the evening, there was a Party & Business Networking event aimed at creating opportunities for business partnerships among participants, which was attended by several executives from FTI.
