ส.อ.ท. ร่วมประชุมการจัดกิจกรรมครบรอบ 50 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-จีนFTI Participates in the Meeting for the 50th Anniversary of Thai-Chinese Diplomatic Relations

On June 17, 2024, Mr. Arun Iamsuree, Chairman of the Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute, represented the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) at the meeting to organize the activities for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Busadee Santipitaks, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, held at the International Club Room 2, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting discussed various opinions, as well as listened to suggestions and inquiries on cooperative methods for organizing the celebration of the anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thai government and private sector agencies to proceed harmoniously, such as reciprocal visits between the leaders of both governments, along with activities to strengthen relations in the fields of economy, culture, and investment.

Moreover, Mr. Arun stated at the meeting that FTI has established the Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute to facilitate and coordinate with agencies in Thailand and China, particularly in investment and industry, and is willing to coordinate and cooperate in organizing activities involving all relevant agencies on this occasion.
