สภาฯ ภาคกลาง หารือแผนขับเคลื่อนภาค ตอบรับนโยบาย ส.อ.ท.Central Region Council Discusses Action Plan to Support FTI Policies

On Friday, July 12, 2024, Dr. Apisit Techacharoenwasawat, Chairman of the Central Region Industrial Council, along with the Central Region Committee, held the first meeting of the Central Region Industrial Council for the year 2024 to establish the operational plan of the council and strengthen relationships among committee members following the appointment of the Central Region Industrial Council committee for the term 2024 – 2026 at the restaurant port in Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province.

During the meeting, various topics regarding the action plan of the Central Region Industrial Council were discussed, including the FTI Central Connection project, which aims to create a database linking all members in the 17 provinces of the central region to enhance domestic trade channels, as well as encouraging provincial industrial councils to organize activities and increase FTI membership. Furthermore, improving the competitiveness of entrepreneurs by connecting them with industry groups and institutions under the FTI, along with projects from the provincial industrial councils that need to be promoted following the term from 2022 – 2024, such as the Saraburi Sandbox project to establish a model low-carbon city in Saraburi Province and the Greater Bangkok Seamless project to integrate logistics systems in the area.
