วันพุธที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2567 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม Thailand MICE X-Change (TMX) 2024 และขึ้นเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษเสวนาในหัวข้อ "Enhancing your Business through Exhibitions" โดยมีนายศึกษิษฏ์ ศรีจอมขวัญ รองเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรีฝ่ายการเมือง ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานและเปิดงานร่วมกับ ดร.อรรชกา สีบุญเรือง ประธานกรรมการส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) (สสปน.) นางสาวปนิษฐา บุรี นายกสมาคมงานแสดงสินค้าไทย และนายจิรุตถ์ อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา

ทั้งนี้ มีวิทยากรร่วมเสวนา ได้แก่ นางสาวณัฐิยา สุจินดา รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ นายธวัชชัย เศรษฐจินดา รองประธานกรรมการหอการค้าไทย ดร. ดวงเด็ด ย้วยความดี ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอุตสาหกรรมการแสดงสินค้านานาชาติ สสปน. และได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. วิทย์ สิทธิเวคิน เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ
นอกจากนี้ นายวรวิทย์ จำเริญเลิศ กรรมการสายงานสมาชิกสัมพันธ์ ส.อ.ท. ยังได้เข้าร่วมงานเพื่อให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้ ถือได้ว่าเป็นเวทีแสดงศักยภาพของงานแสดงสินค้าไทย และสร้างการตระหนักรู้ถึงทิศทางธุรกิจงานแสดงสินค้าในอนาคต อีกทั้งเป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพให้กับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ (MICE) ในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่จุดหมายปลายทางในการจัดกิจกรรมด้วยนวัตกรรมและให้เกิดความยั่งยืน
On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of participating in the opening ceremony of the Thailand MICE X-Change (TMX) 2024 event and served as a special speaker in the forum titled "Enhancing your Business through Exhibitions." The event was presided over by Mr. Supachai Srisomporn, Deputy Secretary-General to the Prime Minister for Political Affairs, alongside Dr. Arak Srisook, Chairman of the Meeting and Exhibition Promotion Committee (Public Organization) (TCEB), Ms. Panita Buri, President of the Thai Exhibition Association, and Mr. Jirut Iserangkun at Ayutthaya, Director of TCEB, at the Phirach Hall 1-3, BITEC Bangna, Bangkok.
Among the speakers were Ms. Nattaya Sujinda, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Thawatchai Sethachinda, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Duangdet Yuakwangdee, Director of the International Exhibition Industry, TCEB, and the event was moderated by Dr. Wit Sitthivekin.
Additionally, Mr. Worawit Jamroenlert, Committee Member of the Member Relations Department of FTI, also attended the event to support this activity. This event serves as a platform to showcase the potential of Thai exhibitions and creates awareness of the future direction of the exhibition business, as well as enhancing the capacity of the MICE industry to propel Thailand as a destination for events through innovation and sustainability.
