วันอังคารที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2567 นายสรณ์ปกรณ์ ศิรการบัณฑิตย์ เลขานุการสายงาน FTI Academy เป็นผู้แทนสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนานานาชาติ "Competency Development for Lifelong Learning and Future of Jobs" โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน ณ ห้อง Infinity โรงแรมพูลแมน คิง เพาเวอร์ กรุงเทพ
งานสัมมนาในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมให้กำลังคนพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลใหม่ๆ ให้รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทุกสาขาอาชีพ และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต โดยเชิญภาคีเครือข่ายในสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี สหราชอาณาจักร สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี เขตบริหารพิเศษฮ่องกงแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน รวมถึงหน่วยงานในประเทศไทยมาแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดี เพื่อให้พนักงานฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะใหม่เพิ่มเติมและสะสมสมรรถนะผ่าน Competency Credit Bank ใน E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform
On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, Mr. Sornpakorn Sirakanbandit, Secretary of the FTI Academy, represented the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) at the international seminar "Competency Development for Lifelong Learning and Future of Jobs," with Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, gracing the opening ceremony at the Infinity Room, Pullman King Power Bangkok.
This seminar was organized to promote continuous self-development among the workforce, raise awareness about developing new digital competencies to adapt to changes in all professions, and support lifelong learning. It invited partnerships from the Federal Republic of Germany, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, as well as agencies in Thailand to share experiences and best practices to enable employees to train in new competencies and accumulate skills through the Competency Credit Bank in the E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform.
