วันศุกร์ที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้มอบหมายให้นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นวิทยากรพิเศษบรรยายให้ความรู้ในหัวข้อ "การขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจภายในจังหวัดในมุมมองของเอกชน" แก่ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมตามโครงการ "หลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด : นักปกครองระดับสูง 2" ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2567 ณ ห้องประชุมอัษฎางค์ กระทรวงมหาดไทย
การบรรยายครั้งนี้ นายอภิชิตได้กล่าวถึงสถานการณ์ความท้าทายของภาคการผลิตทั่วโลก รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและการเสี่ยงจากภัยพิบัติทางสิ่งแวดล้อมที่กำลังเผชิญอยู่ เช่น สงครามการค้าและเทคโนโลยี การเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศ และความไม่มั่นคงทางไซเบอร์ ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้มีผลกระทบต่อการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ นายอภิชิตยังได้นำเสนอแนวทางการปรับตัวและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจในระดับจังหวัด โดยเน้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยและการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคเอกชนและภาครัฐ เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจในท้องถิ่น รวมถึงการส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีสูง เช่น ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ และพลังงานหมุนเวียน เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนและความเข้มแข็งให้กับเศรษฐกิจในอนาคต
นายอภิชิต ยังได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในท้องถิ่น โดยเฉพาะการยกระดับทักษะและความรู้ของแรงงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดงานในอนาคต ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการสร้างเศรษฐกิจที่ยั่งยืนและสามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับสากล นอกจากนี้ ยังแนะนำการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการและการทำงานในภาคธุรกิจและภาครัฐ

On Friday, August 2, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of FTI, to serve as a guest speaker to provide insights on the topic "Driving Provincial Economy from the Private Sector's Perspective" to participants in the "Preparation Course for Appointing Governors: Senior Executive Program 2" for the fiscal year 2024 at the Apsathang Conference Room, Ministry of Interior.
