วันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในงานพิธีปิดหลักสูตร “นักอุตสาหกรรมรุ่นใหม่” (Young FTI Elite) รุ่นที่ 10 พร้อมมอบถ้วยรางวัลเกียรติยศแก่กลุ่มผู้อบรมที่ได้คะแนนรวมทุกกิจกรรมสูงสุด และมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้สำเร็จหลักสูตร ณ ห้องบอลรูม โรงแรมเรเนซองส์ กรุงเทพ ราชประสงค์
นายกรกฤช จุฬางกูร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานพัฒนานักอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวต้อนรับและชี้แจงรายละเอียดโครงการ “เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน” ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมปิดท้ายหลักสูตร โดยแต่ละกลุ่มจะเลือกธุรกิจของสมาชิกขึ้นมา 1 ราย เพื่อเป็นโจทย์ในการทำโครงการร่วมกัน และนำมาวิเคราะห์ปัญหา จุดอ่อน จุดแข็ง โอกาสทางธุรกิจ พร้อมทั้งนำมาจัดทำข้อมูลในการนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา และแผนส่งเสริม ช่วยเหลือให้ธุรกิจนั้นๆ เติบโตขึ้นบนพื้นฐานที่เป็นไปได้ และมีโอกาสทำได้จริงในอนาคต เช่น ด้านการผลิต ระบบภายในโรงงาน การตลาด หรือทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR) เป็นต้น เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมได้นำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ๆ และสร้างความร่วมมือ นำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดธุรกิจของสมาชิกในกลุ่มให้เติบโตต่อไป
ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรม “เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน” ได้รับเกียรติจากรองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นำโดย ดร.คมสัน เหล่าศิลปเจริญ นายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร และนายนาวา จันทนสุรคน ร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการตัดสิน พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้อบรม
หลังเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลงาน ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้ร่วมงานเลี้ยงฉลองพิธีปิดหลักสูตร และร่วมพิธีมอบรางวัล Young FTI 10 Awards ให้กับผู้ที่ชนะการโหวตที่สุดของรุ่นจำนวน 5 รางวัล

On August 16, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), honored the closing ceremony of the “Young Industrialists” (Young FTI Elite) Program, Class 10, by presenting a trophy of honor to the group of participants with the highest overall score in all activities, as well as awarding certificates to the graduates at the ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel, Bangkok.
Mr. Korakrit Chulangkorn, Vice Chairman of FTI and President of the Industrial Development Program, welcomed attendees and explained the details of the “Peer Support” project, which was the concluding activity of the program. Each group selected one member's business to serve as a case study for collaborative projects, analyzing the problems, weaknesses, strengths, and business opportunities. The participants were then tasked with creating information for proposing solutions and plans to promote and assist that business to grow based on feasible and realistic opportunities in the future, such as in production, internal plant systems, marketing, or human resources (HR), etc. This initiative allows attendees to present innovative ideas and foster collaboration to further develop the businesses of group members.
Furthermore, the “Peer Support” activity was honored by the presence of FTI Vice Chairmen Dr. Khomsan Laesilapjaroen, Mr. Thaworn Chalatsathian, and Mr. Nawa Jantanasurakorn, who served as judges and provided valuable guidance to the participants.
After the presentations, participants attended a celebration for the closing ceremony and participated in the awarding of the Young FTI 10 Awards to the top five winners as voted by their peers.
