เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 9 กันยายน 2567 นางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายวิบูลย์ หงษ์ศรีจินดา ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ ส.อ.ท. ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงานแสดงสินค้าอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับครั้งที่ 70 (The 70th Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair) ซึ่งจัดโดยกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ (DITP) ร่วมกับสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ GIT และองค์กรภาครัฐและเอกชนตลอดจนสมาคมการค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณี ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
งาน Bangkok Gem and Jewelry Fair (BGJF) ครั้งที่ 70 จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิดที่ตอกย้ำความพร้อมของไทยในการเป็นศูนย์กลางอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับของโลก ซึ่งงานนี้จะเป็นงานที่เปิดโอกาสและเป็นสถานที่สำหรับให้ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ได้เจรจากับนักธุรกิจและผู้ซื้อจากหลากหลายประเทศทั่วโลก และชูเอกลักษณ์ความโดดเด่นของไทยในการออกแบบ การเจียระไนที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับโลก และเป็นการแสดงความพร้อมของไทยในการเป็นศูนย์กลางอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแบบครบวงจร
ภายในงาน มีการจัดแสดงสินค้าจากบริษัทชั้นนำทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศรวม 1,100 บริษัท 2,470 คูหา
ประกอบด้วยสินค้าอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับที่น่าสนใจมากมายที่มีความโดดเด่นและหายาก นอกจากนี้ ยังมีโซนจัดแสดงสินค้า The New Faces ซึ่งนำเสนอผลงานของผู้ประกอบการหน้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกลุ่มนักออกแบบรุ่นใหม่ The Jewellers โดย DITP กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการจากโครงการ Smart Jewelers by GIT เป็นต้น
งานแสดงสินค้าอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ Bangkok Gem and Jewelry Fair (BGJF) ครั้งที่ 70 กำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 9 - 13 กันยายน 2567 ณ ชั้น G และ LG (Hall 1 - 8) ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
On Monday, September 9, 2024, Ms. Kanit Muangkrajang, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Wiboon Hongsrijinda, Chairman of the Jewelry and Ornaments Industry Group of FTI, attended the opening ceremony of the 70th Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) in collaboration with the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) or GIT, as well as various government and private organizations and associations related to the jewelry industry at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The 70th Bangkok Gem and Jewelry Fair (BGJF) is held under the concept that reinforces Thailand's readiness to be the global center for gems and jewelry. This event will provide opportunities and serve as a venue for SMEs to negotiate with businesspeople and buyers from various countries around the world, showcasing Thailand's unique strengths in design and world-recognized cutting abilities while demonstrating Thailand's preparedness as a comprehensive center for gems and jewelry.
The event features exhibits from over 1,100 leading companies, both Thai and international, showcasing 2,470 booths. It comprises a wide array of captivating and rare gem and jewelry products. Additionally, there is an exhibition zone called The New Faces, presenting the works of emerging entrepreneurs with potential, including the new generation of designers known as The Jewellers by DITP and participants from the Smart Jewelers project by GIT, among others.
The Bangkok Gem and Jewelry Fair (BGJF) will take place from September 9 to 13, 2024, at Levels G and LG (Hall 1 - 8) of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
