เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2567 นายปรนนท์ ฐิตะวรรโณ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงานและร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในการประชุมสัมมนา SCSE (Smart City Summit & Expo) on the road: Thailand-Smart City Business Collaboration Forum โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายจุฬา สุขมานพ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (อีอีซี) และ Mr. Shui Yi-Kuo Chairman of Taiwan Smart City Solution Alliance ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงาน ณ ห้องสุรศักดิ์บอลรูม โรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ สาทร
ในช่วงของการอภิปราย นายปรนนท์ได้ร่วมอภิปรายในหัวข้อ “โอกาสและความท้าทายของความร่วมมือด้าน Smart City ระหว่างประเทศไทยและไต้หวัน” ทั้งนี้ได้ให้ข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับวิธีที่ประเทศไทยและไต้หวัน สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้และใช้ประโยชน์จากการนำเทคโนโลยี Smart City มาใช้ รวมถึงอุปสรรคภายในและภายนอกที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการนำเทคโนโลยี Smart City มาใช้ เช่น เทคโนโลยี การเงิน กฎระเบียบข้อบังคับ สังคมและวัฒนธรรม เป็นต้น
การประชุมสัมมนา SCSE on the road: Thailand-Smart City Business Collaboration Forum จัดโดย Taiwan Smart Solutions Association (TSSA) ร่วมกับสมาคมคอมพิวเตอร์ไทเป (TCA) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสร้างเมืองอัจฉริยะและเปิดโอกาสทางธุรกิจในพื้นที่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการสร้างความร่วมมือ ระหว่างผู้นำด้านอุตสาหกรรมและนักนวัตกรรมจากทั้งสองประเทศอีกด้วย
On September 10, 2024, Mr. Panit Thitaworranont, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the opening ceremony and served as a speaker at the SCSE (Smart City Summit & Expo) on the road: Thailand-Smart City Business Collaboration Forum. The event was honored with the presence of Mr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Policy Committee, and Mr. Shui Yi-Kuo, Chairman of the Taiwan Smart City Solution Alliance, who jointly opened the event at the Surasak Ballroom, Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn.
During the discussion, Mr. Panit participated in the topic “Opportunities and Challenges of Smart City Collaboration between Thailand and Taiwan.” He provided insights on how Thailand and Taiwan can exchange, learn, and leverage the application of Smart City technologies, including the internal and external obstacles that may affect the implementation of Smart City technologies, such as technology, finance, regulations, society, and culture.
The SCSE on the road: Thailand-Smart City Business Collaboration Forum was organized by the Taiwan Smart Solutions Association (TSSA) in collaboration with the Taipei Computer Association (TCA), with the aim of promoting the use of smart city technologies and creating business opportunities in the Eastern Economic Corridor of Thailand. Furthermore, it serves as an important platform for fostering collaboration between industry leaders and innovators from both countries.
