เมื่อวันที่ 27 กันยายน 2567 นายธนารักษ์ พงษ์เภตรา ประธานสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Project Matching Connecting Opportunities การพัฒนาเครือข่ายโครงการเกษตรพันธมิตร สู่โอกาสตลาดการค้าเสรี” โดยร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่ายที่กองทุนปรับโครงสร้างการผลิตภาคเกษตรเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของประเทศ (กองทุน FTA) ลงนาม MOU เพื่อร่วมมือแก้ไขปัญหา และพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันให้เกษตรกรที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการเปิดเสรีทางการค้าให้มีศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน ประกอบด้วยกรมปศุสัตว์ กรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ องค์การส่งเสริมกิจการโคนมแห่งประเทศไทย สภาเกษตรกรแห่งชาติ สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย สหกรณ์โคเนื้อกำแพงแสน และบริษัท พรีเมี่ยม บีฟ จำกัด และที่เพิ่งลงนามความร่วมมือเพิ่มเติมล่าสุดอีก 5 หน่วยงาน ได้แก่ กรมการข้าว กรมวิชาการเกษตร ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร บริษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม และสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ณ โรงแรมดวงตะวัน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาเครือข่ายโครงการเกษตรพันธมิตร สู่โอกาสตลาดการค้าเสรี ประเทศไทยยังคงต้องการความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน รวมถึงกลุ่มเกษตรกร ในการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมภาคการเกษตรให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ โดยสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ในฐานะภาคีเครือข่าย จะช่วยผลักดันและสนับสนุนความร่วมมือในกิจกรรมหรือโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับภาคการเกษตรของไทย อันนำไปสู่การเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันให้กับสินค้าเกษตรไทยในตลาดโลกอย่างยั่งยืน
On September 27, 2024, Mr. Thanarak Phongphetra, Chairman of the Agricultural Industry Institute of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the workshop seminar "Project Matching Connecting Opportunities for the Development of Agricultural Partnership Project Networks Towards Free Trade Market Opportunities" in collaboration with partners from the Fund for Agricultural Production Restructuring to Enhance the Competitiveness of the Country (FTA Fund). The MOU was signed to cooperate in addressing challenges and developing the competitiveness of farmers affected by free trade liberalization to enhance their competitive capabilities. This includes the Department of Livestock Development, the Department of Cooperative Promotion, the Dairy Farming Promotion Organization of Thailand, the National Farmers' Council, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Export-Import Bank of Thailand, the Kampaengsaen Beef Cattle Cooperative, and Premium Beef Co., Ltd. Recently, five additional organizations have also signed collaboration agreements, including the Department of Rice, the Department of Agriculture, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, the Small Industries Credit Insurance Company, and the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion at the Duangta Wan Hotel in Chiang Mai Province.
In order to develop agricultural partnership project networks towards free trade market opportunities, Thailand continues to require cooperation between government agencies and the private sector, as well as agricultural groups, to successfully develop the agricultural industry. The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), as a network partner, will help promote and support collaboration in various activities or projects to strengthen Thailand's agricultural sector, leading to sustainable enhancement of the competitiveness of Thai agricultural products in the global market.
