เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในงาน Intelligence Integration และร่วมแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน Intelligent Asia Thailand + Automation Thailand 2025 ที่กำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 6-8 มีนาคม 2568
ภายในงาน มีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิร่วมงาน ได้แก่ นายธีระ กิตติธีรพรชัย รองเลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. Mr. Israel Gogol – Group Manager, Messe Frankfurt, นายสุทธิเกตติ์ ทัดพิทักษ์กุล รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) ดร.ชนะ ลีภัทรพงศ์พันธ์ หัวหน้าทีมวิจัยทีแมค นายวรินทร์ รอดโพธิ์ทอง สมาคมผู้ประกอบการระบบอัตโนมัติและหุ่นยนต์ไทย (TARA) ดร.สุทัด ครองชนม์ นายกสมาคมไทยไอโอที และนายพิสุทธิ์ ช่างไม้ บริษัท เฟลตัล อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด ณ โรงแรมเรเนซองส์ กรุงเทพ
นายเกรียงไกร กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันโลกกำลังเผชิญกับสภาพปัญหาในหลายๆ ด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านการเมืองหรือสงครามระหว่างประเทศ สภาวะโลกร้อนและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม รวมถึงสงครามทางการค้า ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้ ล้วนเป็นภัยคุกคามของเศรษฐกิจโลก ส่งผลให้แต่ละประเทศต้องปรับตัวเพื่อทำให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ ในส่วนของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย ก็กำลังประสบกับปัญหาด้านโครงสร้างของอุตสาหกรรม ต้นทุนการผลิตที่สูง ขาดเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ผลิตภาพแรงงานต่ำและขาดแคลนแรงงาน รวมถึงการแข่งขันที่รุนแรงในตลาดและการทุ่มตลาด ปัจจัยเหล่านี้ส่งผลให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยต้องเร่งพัฒนา และยกระดับการผลิตให้เกิดความเข้มแข็ง
ส.อ.ท. ในฐานะตัวแทนภาคอุตสาหกรรม มีนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและยกเครื่องอุตสาหกรรมไทย โดยแบ่งเป็น
1) อุตสาหกรรมเดิม (First Industries) มีการส่งเสริมให้มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ระบบอัตโนมัติและ AI และเปลี่ยนจาก OEM เป็น ODM/OBM
2) อุตสาหกรรมใหม่ (Next-Gen Industries) ขับเคลื่อนด้วยนโยบายการผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว (Green Industry) เทคโนโลยีสะอาด (Clean Technology) และการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero) เนื่องจากเวทีการค้าโลกให้ความสำคัญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสภาพภูมิอากาศ และเริ่มนำนโยบายการค้าที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมมาใช้ ซึ่งการค้าจะมีความเชื่อมโยงเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน โดย ส.อ.ท. จะมีการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี เชื่อมโยงซัพพลายเชน (Supply Chain) กับอุตสาหกรรมเดิม ยกระดับภาคการเกษตรของไทยให้ครบวงจรด้วย Agro-Industry (SAI) และส่งเสริมตลาดการซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิต
นอกจากนี้ ส.อ.ท. ยังมีการขับเคลื่อนแผนงาน 4GO ได้แก่ Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, Go Green โดยมีโครงการต่างๆ ที่กำลังดำเนินการ อาทิ โครงการกองทุนอินโนเวชั่นวัน โครงการ SME Pro-active เป็นต้น โดยโครงการเหล่านี้ จะเป็นตัวช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรมขับเคลื่อนไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranakul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), served as a speaker at the Intelligence Integration event and participated in a press conference for the Intelligent Asia Thailand + Automation Thailand 2025, scheduled to be held from March 6-8, 2025.
The event featured esteemed participants including Mr. Teera Kittitheerapornchai, Deputy Secretary-General of FTI, Mr. Israel Gogol – Group Manager, Messe Frankfurt, Mr. Sutthiket Tudpithakkul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Board of Investment (BOI), Dr. Chana Leepattarapongpan, Head of the T-MAC Research Team, Mr. Warin Rodpothong, Thai Automation and Robotics Entrepreneurs Association (TARA), Dr. Sutthad Krongchon, President of the Thai IOT Association, and Mr. Pisuth Changmai, Feltaal Industrial Co., Ltd. at the Renaissance Bangkok Hotel.
Mr. Kriangkrai stated that the world is currently facing numerous challenges, including political issues and international conflicts, global warming and climate change, technological and innovation shifts, as well as trade wars. These factors pose threats to the global economy, prompting countries to adapt in order to remain competitive. The Thai industrial sector is also encountering issues related to industrial structure, high production costs, lack of technology and innovation, low labor productivity, labor shortages, and intense market competition and dumping. These factors necessitate rapid development and strengthening of the Thai industrial sector.
As a representative of the industrial sector, FTI has a policy to promote and overhaul Thai industries, which is divided into
1) First Industries, where promotion is directed towards the adoption of digital technologies, automation systems, and AI, as well as a transition from OEM to ODM/OBM.
2) Next-Gen Industries, driven by policies to promote green industry, clean technology, and achieving net-zero carbon emissions because global trading venues emphasize climate change and begin adopting environmentally friendly trade policies. This trade will be interconnected to foster sustainable development. FTI will promote technological development, connect supply chains with first industries, upgrade the Thai agricultural sector comprehensively through Agro-Industry (SAI), and promote carbon credit markets.
Furthermore, FTI is advancing its 4GO initiative, which includes Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, and Go Green, with various ongoing projects such as the Innovation Fund Project and the SME Pro-active Project, which will assist industrial operators in progressing more effectively.
