เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2567 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมกับ KPMG Thailand และตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย จัดกิจกรรม K-FTI Non-Deal Roadshow ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งที่ 2 โดยมีนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และ ประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) และนายชนิตร ชาญชัยณรงค์ ประธานคณะอนุกรรมการด้านการเงิน รวมถึงคณะกรรมการสถาบัน SMI และนักลงทุน อาทิ บริษัท เอสเอสพีพี แคปิตอลส์ จำกัด บริษัท เลคชอร์ แคปปิตอล พาร์ทเนอร์ส จำกัด บริษัท บัวหลวงเวนเจอร์ส จำกัด บริษัท อินโนสเปซ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ORZON Ventures, Singha Ventures บริษัท เอ็น-เวสด์ เวนเจอร์ จำกัด บริษัท กรุงศรี ฟินโนเวต จำกัด และกองทุนพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม (TED Fund) เข้าร่วม เพื่อเลือกเฟ้นธุรกิจที่สนใจร่วมลงทุน ณ ลานไทยเบฟ ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
การจัดกิจกรรม K-FTI Non-Deal Roadshow เป็นการสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการในหลักสูตร KFTI ได้มีโอกาสนำเสนอแผนธุรกิจและแผนการลงทุนให้กับนักลงทุนได้รับทราบ ซึ่งการกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีผู้ประกอบการ 20 บริษัทเข้าร่วมและให้ความสนใจ ซึ่งจะ เป็นการเพิ่มโอกาสการลงทุน และสามารถระดมทุนได้อย่างน้อย 200 ล้านบาท
สำหรับธุรกิจที่นักลงทุนให้ความสนใจเป็นพิเศษ ได้แก่ ธุรกิจบริการติดตั้งระบบความเย็นในโรงงานและที่อยู่อาศัย ธุรกิจติดตั้งกระจกและฟิล์มรถยนต์และที่อยู่อาศัย ซอสและน้ำจิ้มสุกี้ ระบบวางแผนจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานหลัก การผลิต การบริการ การเงินขององค์กร (ERP) และการจัดทำใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Tax Invoice) เป็นต้น
On November 22, 2024, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) in collaboration with KPMG Thailand and the Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the 2nd K-FTI Non-Deal Roadshow, featuring Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice President of FTI and Chairperson of the Small and Medium Enterprise Institute of the Manufacturing Industry (SMI), and Mr. Chanit Chanchai Narong, Chairperson of the Financial Subcommittee, along with the SMI Board and investors such as SSP Capitals Co., Ltd., Lecture Capital Partners Co., Ltd., Bualuang Ventures Co., Ltd., InnoSpace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., PTT Public Company Limited, ORZON Ventures, Singha Ventures, N-Vest Ventures Co., Ltd., Krungsri Finnovate Co., Ltd., and the Technology and Innovation Entrepreneur Development Fund (TED Fund), who participated to discover businesses interested in collaboration at the Thai Beverage area, 10th floor of FTI.
The K-FTI Non-Deal Roadshow aims to provide entrepreneurs in the KFTI program with the opportunity to present their business plans and investment strategies to interested investors. This event saw participation from 20 companies, increasing the potential for investment, with at least 200 million baht in funding anticipated.
Businesses that drew special interest from investors include energy system installation services for factories and residences, glass and film installation services for vehicles and residences, sauce and dipping sauce for suki, primary supply chain management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and electronic tax invoice (E-Tax Invoice) preparation, among others.
